If you read the tags, you might get some clues Dream is a good charecter, and I'm pretty sure that at one moment the author had stated Dream's a positive charecter. Not sure tho

BR means Butterlfy Reign, Cosmic. Its just a shorter term for Butterfly Reign. I hope this helps.
