Keep it piano only. Cut out the low notes during the verses. Add trap drums and the low piano notes during the chorus since that's where the power of the song is supposed to live. Change the drums during the chorus. Same snare tho. More kicks and a faster hi hat pattern probably just 1/2 timing on the beginning of the hi hat. Keep the hi hat rolls you have. Those are good. Don't do the cymbal role in the intro. Instead do a buildup to the first chord. You need a daw to do that but basically just record the first chord (I recommend the low notes only) then reverse the sample and re use it as kind of a build up. You're doing good man. That song is 🔥 with the right lyrics.
