Thank you B! I am the Leo that got very sick 5 years ago after I went no contact with my parents 6 years ago. I have worked extremely hard over the years to get better. I am seeing vast improvements in the last few months. I never dreamed it would take this long for me for me to absorb nutrients again after my stomach ruptured and having many blood transfusions and being on a wound vac. I was so scared. I haven't had much time to socialize bc I have been trying to keep everything afloat. I went back to work 4 months ago. I feel so good that I chose myself and discovered how strong I really am. Before I would have just said I give up and kept abusing my body with bad things. I had to learn and research on how to heal my gut. I had no doctors that could give me answers. Neurotransmitters are made in the gut and in the beginning I felt I was going crazy bc I felt so depressed and couldn't sleep. I didn't do everything right in the beginning but I learned.
