That house looks too small inside for a 4 bedroom also the master bathroom should be bigger it does not look appealing at all.

😂 $300k to buy a small house tucked in the middle of nowhere. Guys if you are that desperate to buy a house and this is what you can only afford. Just save your money and buy something better. This has buyers remorse all over it.

who is the builder? what are the dimensions of the rooms, not liking the larger the bedroom the smaller the closet philosophy. Also only one linen closet in the house with two bathrooms? The kitchen is too small not enough cabinets.

Maria states the listing price at around 13:36 which is $495,000.oo; Right afterwards she says there is an HOA fee of $800 a month. Why is there an HOA? What does the HOA pay for/cover?? HOA and fee is a big turn-off to me. I might build an ADU where the trees are located. I would want to keep as many trees as possible, as they provide shade and a place to roam for pets and people and keeps that nature vibe. Get rid of the HOA fee.

Very nice Maria, I like it very much. Down payments for this property do you think the bank would except 10%. I like the location, but i am still not there yet and I know this property would be gone.
