Welcome to my new energy dance channel!
I'm an Intuitive Energy Healer and musician who discovered the healing powers of dance in December 2022. Dance became my joy and refuge during my hardest time. It gets me out of my head and gives my body the freedom to move and express freely while connecting to music I love. Dancing is fun, empowering, raises my vibration, and is profoundly healing.
Dancing for a year conquered my lifelong crippling performance anxiety. Once paralyzed by attention and trembling inside when performing and on camera, I now dance and sing with ease. I hope to inspire you to dance! Dance and music are universal ancient medicines-tools to release emotions, raise your vibration, heal, and unite us all.

While listening to music before heading out the door, Hollaback Girl came on. I hadn’t listened to it in years, but my body surprisingly started dancing to it and I decided to do a quick dance video. It was a lot of fun and gave me an extra boost.
