@@Z_M_1000 this is a video for those that have a home and are considering doing seller financing. You can’t just enter into any contract without knowing what questions to ask the buyer. Most people NEVER check to see if the buyer qualifies for a loan! In these times buyers are having a hard time selling due to higher interest rates so people ask, a lot, for seller financing. I am preparing those who may consider selling under “ Terms”. If you ask these questions and follow up, your chances of failure go way down I hope this helps. You can always call me for any help. From my understanding it’s across the board. Everyone in all states are under new rules

Commissions are negotiable now. No more fixed rate. That’s what the lawsuit addressed. Commission fixing. The lawsuit was filed because Realtors had fix commission rates; they would not negotiate AND that was the law then and now. To settle (billions the NAR and a Re/Max agency paid) and keep everyone in check these listing and buyer agreements are now in place as a safety measure. The Other Guy knows the lawsuit.

I agree but these shorts cut it down, there is more than just pride, there is tax advantages, there is wealth growth, meaning appreciation where the value goes up and amortization where your balance goes down and all that in between is equity and is tax free until you sell it. Predictably. Rents increase where your payment is stable and you’re part of a community. Meaning you now live in a community where if wanted grow a family . I also agree though some people love the freedom of just being able to move wherever, whenever.

Because people are getting born everyday, the demand for houses will continue to increase, and so if value goes up, price does too(on a free market).
