Temu version of buddy’s diy. Jk bro. Awesome video
Lmao thanks
You may have been able to get that passenger side fender dent out with a paintless dent pulling kit and mallet, harbor freight has one for $130. I've been using it for a couple days now and the results are very surprising. I would also recommend watching a couple how-to videos
Yea I think could have gotten better looking, I plan on trying it out next time!
I’m 14 and I’ve started to work on cars in automotive class
That’s great! Love to hear it. Learn in class, flip out of class :)
U feel like you’re WHERE with no running water? 😳🤔🧐
🤣 gotta clean my wheels outa a bucket
How u under 1k subs I thought u hade like a mil or something than check and u had less than 700 subs ppl need to find u u funny af
Damnn your editing skill are amazing I’ve been wanting to flip cars but I’m only 16 I alr flipped one and got a good 110% roi
Thank you! Thats a great return. Keep at it.
new subscriber here. great video. but please please please use ramps or jack stands and wheel chocks when you get under any car. we all wanna see more of these videos.
I know I know!! I was tryna be quick but will do
Great video bro I appreciate this video I’ve been selling cars for over 13 years and I still love watching these types of videos 🎉
Thanks, glad you liked it!
You definitely deserve more subscribers. Good video, subscribed. Keep up the good work. Be well.
Thank you dude! Will do so
Should have changed the plastic oil fill tube with a metal doorman.
Ut oh… :)
Ah. Classic mistake when doing an oil change in the driveway. I know a lot of people who made the same mistake. People tend to underestimate how far the oil can shoot out. Even mechanics.
lol, I’ve definitely missed the drain pan before. This time I tried to use my face as one.
560 subscribers and its thus quality?
Woot woot! Thank you
You’re going to be rich.
:)
How do you go about the title? Do you still sign and register it to yourself and then receive a new title with your name on it to then be able to sell it? Or can you simply use the title from the original seller and not register it to yourself and have the next person you sell it to worry about registering it?
Something like that… ;) there’s a few options
15:56 That's a nice Milwaukee. What one is it exactly? I want to get one myself.
Extended reach, high speed cordless ratchet. 2569-20. Make sure to get the high speed, so much better
I have the R/T version of this and its so fun to drive. 283hp stock is wild for a minivan. Mine has 368hp tho 😂
Haha modded out minivan!! It’s a great car
Thank you so much for making this video, its actually extremely helpful for people like me who want to start selling cars more often. Im also shocked on how high and low some prices are in California. I live in Maine and im able to get a full oil change at a shop for only $20. I can also get my tires changed and mounted for only $10-$20 per tire. I also try to buy used tires as much as possible, I hate paying full price for new tires that im putting on a car thats just going to be sold right away. I always go to "redneck" car shops to get my cars worked on because they always have the lowest prices and you can become friends with them and then they give you even better deals. I only go to "big" shops if I need something really serious done to the car that maybe a redneck shop cant do. I dont know if there's any out in Cali, but I would definitely look for some to help you save even more money!!
Good vid. Good business. Glad you've got the hustle. Thinking of doing this myself.
Thanks, it for sure is. You should try it out, if you need any help message me on Instagram and I’ll teach you some things!
You guys are part of the reason the used market is fucking nuts right now
Definitely is nuts, I can agree to that :/
19:52 - You've got overlapping audio.
I know :( I messed it up
@@luckysevenmac You should be able to fix it and upload over top without effecting the algorithm. But I would make sure before doing so. Might be better to leave it and not effect the video's profit.
@@John-ke2jmI don’t make any money from the video haha.
@@luckysevenmac Well, I mean eventually you will and you will have to consider that. Overall it's a very well produced video, I also was expecting you to have a couple hundred thousand subs at least when I started watching it. And it got recommended to me when I hadn't really watched any similar content, so you are getting some visibility.
I HIGHLY recommend not doing a 2 step polish on a car you are flipping. A good one step polish and sealant is just about as good and saves TONS of time. 3D makes some great products and makes one of the most popular one step, called Speed Car Polish and Wax. It's not cheap but you can do several cars with one bottle easily. Sonax and Rupes also make great one step polishes.
Yeah, I usually go overboard or don’t do it at all. My old detailing job made me want everything to be perfect. But you’re right as most people don’t care for it.
@@luckysevenmac Ya I saw later in the video where you mentioned your detail experience so I knew then you knew about those. But no way in the world I would be putting the time into a 2 step on a flip. One step is enough work already. I doubt anyone buying a Dodge Caravan would have a clue about the difference.
@@John-ke2jmyeah for sure. It was a short 2 step, but you convinced me. 1 quick step from now on!
@@luckysevenmac You also have to consider the 1 step has a sealant in it too. So you are saving 2 steps.
Never seen someone take a hot load of oil to the face 😮
I forgot it was hot when I did it… oops
"or drop the trans, my mom probably would have dropped me if I was trans" I was drinking water and spit it out all over. Some even came out my nose!
I’m glad you liked it 🤣 more to come :)
😂😂😂
Thats crazy that the oil spilled all over you

lol NOBODY is giving you a car thats worth 8500 for 2700. This channel so fake its crazy
lol it’s all real. It had problems and I fixed them up watch the whole video… that’s how flipping cars goes.
@@luckysevenmac completely fake. Again NOBODY is selling an 8500 car for 2700. Lie. Yeah watch the whole video so you can make $ of view time. Nice try on that. Fake 100%. But hey I bought a car last week for $100 and sold it for $20k.
@@executiveinvestmentslol ok
Can definitely appreciate the hustle. Couple of things to keep in mind... 1.) If you're having a shop perform repair work - especially an established business, many many many shops will frown upon or straight up not allow outside parts. They make money on them selling to you. And they also warranty the part as well. If an expensive, difficult job, uses a part you provided, and it fails, guess who's on the hook for the part, as well as the labor for the part again? There's definitely places to save/cut corners - this isn't the place. If the shop is willing to entertain outside parts, make sure you have the rapport with the shop that you'll eat the cost if it's a re-do. 2) Don't forget that sellers have the internet too. And phones to look up stuff. If you have things priced out in mind, yea you're not pressuring them into a sale, but you also want to sleep at night. You never know what the future may hold if they liked dealing with you personally, they may contact you again in the future with their next car to sell- especially if you have the rapport built up. Or if they feel you are a great buyer/reseller of cars, they'll suggest you to their friends. lol @ the oil bath.
I found the part at an auto store nearby, I let them know and they ordered it. So I didn’t bring it to them, also it had a warranty from auto shop. But definitely agree. And yes it’s great to be kind and you can potentially get more business from them, but also as a flipper you have to get a deal to make money. Oil bath!!
@@luckysevenmac cool. They used their account to buy it - sorry I misunderstood from the video how that played out. Definitely- gotta play to make it ahead. Bigger gambles with low buy in can put you ahead.
@@NickMyers1 yeah! definitely
Go to copart. Much bigger profits
Hahahaha love the reverse doughnut😂
Haha they’re fun!
a van like that for 2700 is a steal people ate selling ones like that for 10 grand. also when those vans are in decent condition they do burn outs easily and go up to 120 mph like nothing
Definitely a steal. Yeah they get up there in price. Interesting, maybe I’m bad at burnouts haha. Could have gone faster but I’m a law biding citizen
So we have a youtuber in florida named Lucky making flipping car videos, 1 in california, maybe I should change my name to lucky and start making flipping videos in NJ, and encourage someone else to do the same in washington state, so we can cover all 4 corners of the country 😅
Haha, Lucky Seven, Lucky Lopez, also I’ve seen a mechanic on RUclips named Lucky. Weird

Once I saw the oil spilling all over your face I knew I had to subscribe. The dedication is real
Haha thank you :)
With these flipping cars video's, some say dont buy cars from marketplace go to copart. Others say marketplace is the best place to buy cars to flip.... I think you just go with what you think you go with what's gone make you money, rather it's copart, or FB marketplace. Listening to these "youtubers" you will forever be stuck second guessing your self.
It’s preference, more competition on marketplace, but you can find some crazy deals. Auction you need knowledge of how they go or you’ll get screwed over, plus normally you get them at a small deal since if it was really cheap it will just get bid up higher. But less people on auctions. I prefer marketplace and better for anyone looking to get started.
You make me want to buy that van!
Haha thanks! 🙏
Epic!
Yessir!
Keep it up never give up Godbless
Will continue posting!!
There were lots of questionable things said, but the loose jack absolutely couldn't cause a wobble so that's were I checked out. And it's wrong to lie about how much it'll cost to fix stuff just to score a deal. I flip cars honestly despite knowing I could make more by lying.
Everything in this video is accurate. I guess it wasn’t a wobble, but making a noise. I did not lie about anything to the original seller :)
@@luckysevenmac You say that everything is accurate, yet your next sentence clearly describes your inaccuracy. And you did lie by telling the seller that the repairs would be much more expensive than they were. To sell the car legally you'd have more time and money invested than what you showed.
@@DonziGT230 hard to describe a noise. i would say repair costs were high, plus i put in time which 'costs' labor. and didnt fix everything.
Great video!! 🎉
Thanks!!!
BUDDYS DIY, NON MECHANIC VERSION.
Lol, I’ll do mechanics when I get a car that needs it. Thanks for watching!
@@luckysevenmac torque converter is easy work, if you spend 1k for it then you’re obviously not a mechanic
@@YeahRight-dy8un ive done transmissions before, currently in an area where i have to work in the street so dont want to risk it :)
Talking about a theoretical sale price is pretty lame. You kept the car, so you can only speculate on how much it would have sold for.
I understand, next videos will be full flips and will show the sale price. But i can bet it would sell for that as I keep up on the market for these cars. Just wanted this car to put my tools in.
Great video! Where did you get the replacmernt seat covers?
Thanks! eBay, there’s many on there. I just picked the cheapest one.
I was wondering the same thing!
@@RachelCantellayup!!
Why are you wearing gloves in your house…
Crentis… check my short form vid 😢
Because he is working
@@Driftwoodcarsscared of bacteria 😮
Ugh. Absolutely gumbled. Why are you the way that you are?! Your fingers look like a starving nest of snakes.
Did the AC hold the charge? I think there’s usually a reason they stop working. Would be very lucky if it did over the next few months
Yes it did and still is, a lot of the time they have small leaks which is why it runs out, but most refrigerants in cans help stop leaks and work well as long as it’s a small one.
Polishing your car was not free. If you're serious about it, it can be a couple hundred dollars investment for the equipment, and you will definitely use materials like compound and polish in the process. Yes it's a high cost of entry and relatively low cost to keep but it is still there.
Your correct. Compound was likely 5$. Polisher around 200$. But there’s ones for cheaper if cannot afford. Hard to price in tools but will mention it next time :)
@@luckysevenmac I personally spent around $700 original investment for my show car when I got into detailing, but that allowed me to mint out my new 2008 beater for around $40-50 in materials. I did notice later on you mentioned money for materials but it might be worth mentioning initial investment cost compared to payout over x amount of vehicles, especially for different services.
@@Smitleyjdfor sure, will mention it next time, thanks for the feedback!
