We were in Singapore for 8 weeks for @hamiltoninternationaltour
I had pneumonia and was off sick for more than 5 weeks!!!
It started off with a tired voice and when I had an ultrasound we discovered a cyst around my thyroid. I went to get a biopsy and praise God it was benign - the next thing I know I had pneumonia. What a ride!
My prayer was to finish the show strong. My voice wasn’t strong but spiritually I felt strong! Every line, every song, every step was worship. 😭 I didn’t have any power, I literally didn’t have a voice during the last show but I just surrendered it all to Him. We prayed and prayed-- thanks to my sisters & brothers in Chri...

Get another Page 3 of the PDS and fill out only VII.30. Make sure that you have certificates to back up the trainings you mentioned, but most importantly, include the most relevant only. MANY TRAININGS WOULD NOT MATTER IF THEY'RE NOT RELEVANT TO THE POSITION.

OJT is not considered work experience since it's part of your academic training, but if you don't have experience yet, you can include that in your PDS for now, no assurance it will be credited as "work experience."

You can put that vocational course under III. Vocational/Trade Course. Number of hours may not be mentioned since it's understood if you're an NCIII graduate.

Under K12, you graduate from high school when you finish Senior High. Finishing Junior High is just "completion," not graduation.

References can be your former teachers, even your friends, as long as they can vouch for you. Basta lang hindi relative.

The PDS is an official form. You cannot alter it in any way including adding rows, etc.

Technically, OJT and Internship during your college years are not counted as work experience since they are part of your Educational training. If you don't have any work experience, and you want to include your OJT/Internship, then you can put it under V. WORK EXPERIENCE. Again, it may not be credited as an actual experience by your prospective employer.

Technically, any training/seminar during during college will not count as they're part of your academics. If you don't have much L&D to write, then just put those during college for now. You will slowly replace those as you go through your career.
For CHRA, you can put it under VIII. Other Information -> Non-Academic Distinctions/Recognition.
