Got an easier way. After boiling and ice bath, place one egg at a time in a small glass jar (jam or mustard are good sizes). Close lid. Shake up and down about 16 times. The peel comes right off, sometimes in one piece.

That chicken looks dreadful. Baking it for 20 minutes is too much time when you've already boiled it for 5 minutes. You also lose on a lot of flavor on an already not so flavorful piece of chicken. What you made was also not a marinade. Marinades are used to impart flavors into meats and usually take a few hours or even days. Also, please learn how to properly hold a knife and proper grip on whatever ur cutting. Also the raw rosemary at the end? Cmon bro 💀
