The problem with Maru, in mu opinion, us that he is a perfect machine. And the problem with perfect machines is that you take out one screw, one nut or one bolt and it all falls apart. The perfect machine is too efficient, it has NO spare nuts, bolts or screws. So in order to beat Maru you have to be better than him in ONE aspect, be it micro, macro, game read, scouting, whatever. You can be worse or equal in all other things, but as long as you're better in one thing, you will take him down.

maru is playing the best standard terran opening but every other pro player realized that too and just hard-counters him. just a few years ago one of the only players who beat maru on a regular basis was serral. now he looses tons of games against clem, dark, and even her0 on a regular basis. sad to see him fall apart as one of his biggest fans. mass drops from every cardinal direction seems to be terrans biggest advantage while basic banshee openers work against top 25-100 players of the world but not against the strongest 25 i believe.

Wait are they trolling? I don't even play protoss but the couple times that i've played it thats the sound i consistently hear when selecting probes.. I knew it right away.. I guess it sounds completely different in the european/korean sounds

tvz is pretty broken. t gotta macro, harass, and engage perfectly. small mistake is game ending. z can lose multiple bases, drones, units as long as they macro well and engage somewhat decently its ok
