At 18:56, on the basis of what Amit said that bank got dmarc compliant after they identified Bank's email was spoofable. I think you guys missed a very simple yet strong point, you could have asked the Bank to produce thr DMARC record publishing date in their DNS. That would have made you case stronger to prove that Bank was not following all security standards when the incident actually happened.
