7.6 is not normal , something is wrong. Should be much faster.

It is absolutly normal with over 300.000 km
I have not seen a single petrol automatic gearbox BMW from those years and before, that does not have something wrong with its acceleration. This feels slow as fuck, just like my 530i. The engine sounds like it's about to fucking kill itself, and the car is BAAAAAAAAAAAAARELY pushing 140 km/h. Rebuilt VANOS, new MAF sensor, changed spark plugs and coil (NGK plugs and BOSCH coils), changed oil, filters, even put a K&N filter on it. Changed all the gaskets you could think of, no vacuum leaks or anything, engine FULLY serviced. Car still slow as fuck in the high RPMs, I haven't looked into servicing the gearbox, as that will probably lead to it being recycled, for which the cost is just ridiculous. Fuck auto gearboxes on these cars seriously.
@@Titansilber.540i i guess some cars have to get slower over time I've seen a v6 sonata does 0-60 in 7.2 seconds but our car made it in 15 seconds, so much power loss

Du hast eine Standheizung, die hilft beim Aufheizen des Motors mit solange bis die Kühltemperatur 50°C erreicht hat. Da die Standheizung sehr schnell heiß wird und die Zuleitung zum Auspuff nicht, dehnen sich die Dichtungen nicht so schnell mit aus und es entweicht Diesel Abgas. Ca. 2 min später sollte das kein Thema mehr sein. Das gleiche Problem hatte ich vier mal und jedes mal war es die gleiche Dichtung. Alles wird Gut :)

i have the same issue, what was it or what is it? habe das gleiche problem, aber nur nachdem ich gefahren bin, auch wenn ich etwas mehr gas gegeben habe, haben sie ihr problem lokalisiert? lg
das soll so sein- war schon immer so bei mir. Das ist auf jeden Fall die Standheizung, die am Anfang auch Wärme für Innenraum produziert,weil Dieselmotor nicht viel Wärme abgibt, glaub ich. Also so würde auch die Standheizung rauchen, wenn ich die anschalte vor Motorstart.
@@highway-runner9661 bei mir macht der Motor im Stand so ein blas-fauch Geräusch bei 2000rpm, kein Leistungsabfall oder sonstiges..ich tippe mal auf einen Schlauch, oder den Ladeluftkühler bzw. die standheizung 🤦♂️
