@incheon It is. The tower in the background is Paine field's and then there are ANA's production 787s in the background too

@fireplacetea Thats because this is most likely a new plane for Korean Air. As such, this is Paine Field (in other words - AIRPORT BOEING). Thus this plane is empty and being tested. At most it would only have VIP's and and their luggage, IF it was being delivered to Seoul (Korea). The net essence is you are correct, very short takeoff.

maybe it seems a lot longer in the video, but it seemed like the plane didn't need too much runway to take off.

@CaptainFelixTan1 Ram Air Turbine, if you pause the video at :09 you'll see it, at first you'd mistake it for a gear door or accompanied components, but it is not. in the event of a power failure, that spinning turbine keeps flight controls running.

I see the Ram air turbine (RAT) deployed, gear doors not closed. Looks like a test flight to me.
