I backed the project and I used my Apple ID and then I had to change my email and I have not been able to find the survey so that I can choose what sort LEDs I want in my light. I have tried to contact customer service through Kickstarter through email and every possible way that I can and no one has responded. Has anybody else had this awful customer service? It really stinks when you help support a campaign and then they don’t get back to you at all when you have a problem. Hopefully they’ll read this and start checking their emails and checking their messages from Kickstarter. Otherwise I will never back this company again. Not happy. Don’t do their Kickstarters.

This kind of design is very interesting, The QUALITY itself gave a awesome impact to users. I like it most specially the ring that can easily to hold, longer runtime and RGB lights. Loop Gear brand is Superb. Quality Products too..

I really love a multifunction light, especially ones with a cob light. The torch did look a bit large to pocket carry, but with a belt sheath with built in diffuser this looks like the perfect setup 👌

I like the Loop Gear SK05 because 1. The battery is removable. I like the shape of flashlights like this, but most of them have batteries that cannot be removed. This innovation certainly adds value to the Loop Gear SK05. 2. The combination of light produced is balanced by flood light and spotlight. A combination like this is very useful for both close and long distance lighting. The combination of 3 Nichia 519A high cri LEDs can bring out the original color of the object and can help when shooting at night. 3. The side lights are very cool and can be used to help with activities at night. 4. The simple rotary switch makes it easier for users like me 5. Powerbank which can be used in urgent situations to charge cellphones. 6. Magnetic tailcap+Removable battery+IP68? PERFECT!!!! 7. SK05 My dream multifunction flashlight.. the features, UI, and ease of access, as well as the unique shape are a plus for me.. dual channel, namely the spotlight and the fantastic light distribution.. , but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to have it and can only enjoy photos or videos here.

I like SK05 because it can remove the battery quickly, large capacity so it can support flashlight runtime.Can be used as a power bank for urgent times. Has a balanced light output, flood and spot light. Cool flashlight!!!🎉

Very interesting concept of having a magnetic holster that is designed to pair seamlessly with the light, even having a window for the side flood light to shine through. Just like the matching magnetic clip/stand on the SK03
