Trip the 3 pin 2x. Unreal
OMG, what a way to win a national title. "The biggest break I have ever seen" -- Mike J. How about the young Kelly Kulidk, future legend.
WOW, Mike Wolfe's release has changed.
I just love that Teata made the show at 63 years old and gave the kids all they could handle!
I coached a couple of years with Bobby Fleetwood. He is a wonderful coach and a heck of a nice guy. So nice to see this video!
Vernon Peterson runs the kegal pro shop in my local alley, and I golf in a group with Mike Truitt
Team Cuda C's are Awesome.
Paul made more money in 2 high rollers then done PBA guys with 4 titles made there whole career
Spoiler Alert. Please watch all of the matches before you read the comments.
2:46 Daniel lecours kinda sounds like me
Patrick looks like a guy who could have a hall of fame PBA career Also looks like he can beat Walter Ray for a Major
Paul Renteria was on television Back in the 1980's in PBA Finals. Very Good Bowler
He shot 279 on the show Brunswick Memorial world open. Blue Rhino Good thing he didn’t win the show or this doesn’t happen
Thanks for these great Finals.
Best performance of Verns life. I know he made teaM USA. But never has he did anything else like this the rest of his life.
I agree he never had a night like this again in life. Reyes should have beat him. RIP JOEL REYES Vernon is like Jim Pencek JR. Throws it just like him

She never went on tour. I think this was the only time she was ever on tv. Period

Was the 1997 world team challenge from Indianapolis on tv. Brian Graham was on team usa and I'm a good friend of his

ziesig looks like a guy that could win a pba tournament using a plastic ball
Against the future world number one. Legendary performance.
Did you know, if you listen closely, you can hear a kazoo?
RIP Billy Oatman!

My Condolences.🙏
45:50 crazy strike 104:04 what a conversion
55:50 Wild Strike
My cousin Larry Stepp was there
Miss my little brother. RIP Joel.
Refreshing to hear my last name pronounced correctly, Zevgolis. I have long given up on correcting anything but the most absurd pronouncinations of it. Even recently my uncle Paul (or Butch as we call him) is as tough as they come, even in his 70s. Unique style, yet he got it done.
Here I am just a few days later realizing it is it you and the late great Earl Anthony calling this. My family ran a bowling center for years (October 2021, 60 years after it was opened by my grandfather) and I am here looking back. My dad is younger by less than a year from Paul but got consumed in running the business after my granddad (Paul and my dad's dad) died in a robbery in the mid 1970s at said bowling center. My pops was more like Paul more than I could ever think about truly, a great bowler, even with so few revs, a true stroker, yet they both understood angles, even before that was a real discussion. Another fun fact about me and my bowling family, the city I was born and raised in, yeah before us it was another person, and he was the first to switch from "waxing the alley" to oiling in, Mr Jimmy Matthews.
@07:53 looking back more... Even at 75+ years old, he still looks the same. Showed it to my son (who is only 9 with Autism and has a unique relationship with him) and he instantly said that is "Uncle Butch." Without a doubt age and years have happened, who hasn't it happend to, yet there is no mistaken his look. Also a few prayers could be had, Paul is going through a tough time even though he will no admit it.
5:55 guy looks like he is in the witness protection program.
He looks like a super-sized Buford T. Justice
Hmmmm, how funny Is it that you came to Milford Connecticut, the house where Bobby drills ball's.
I bowled this tournament in 1996 I think. That was a long time ago. I have never been able to find the standings or the telecast. I was a 3 pin from the show or top 8 not sure it was a long time ago.
You can easily find the standings.
RIP Carl Fuchi
I bowled in this tournament and it didn’t go so well…. $1100 for one game.
RiP S. Swanson
Mike Wolfe had a lot of hair in 1997

Randy looks like he was being held hostage in that opening segment lol. But once the matches got underway, it’s very evident that even then he was very good at color commentary
