where can i find the pattern template?
this is need bake ?
Very nice and good tutorial. Why the need of wax paper? You didn’t show how you removed the paper from the inside of the tree. How easy/hard was it? Thanks!
a good idea would be to tape your waxed paper down onto the board and make two templates so you can keep one for tracing out and one for the cone shape.
Looks perfect.
❤😊
Vry cute project
your videos are so soothing to watch ❤ very aesthetically shot. The stars look really cute!
Where can i find the pattern you used to make the cone
Super cute!
Wouldn’t it be easier to cut the stars out while the clay is flat instead of trying to do it after you put it around the cone?
I think you are right, but maybe it has something to do with putting the clay on the pattern?
no, because with all of the cutouts, the integrity of the slab is compromised, and the shapes would get stretched and deformed as you try to wrap the clay around the cone. If you do it in the way it is presented, the stars will keep their shape well
Adorable
I can not find the sitter for the pattern. Love theses and great art project for children. Any help please.
its a band, not a lid
How are is it to get the paper cone out
Omg, love this!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great project. You could make loads for the summer to use in the garden too
Do you pattern for this?
sad
Reason for adding flour to the mix. Even though it's winter and freezing, in direct sunshine gelatine can become warm and soften enough to lose it's structural integrity and the ornament or parts of it can fall apart . The flour acts as a kind of mortar to prevent this happening. Maybe using whole wheat flour would work and give the ornaments a bit more taste appeal for the birds ?
Almond or coconut flour or even ground flax?
@@jacquelyntobin880 If it sets up solid without falling apart I don't see why not. Wheat flour has gluten making it "sticky". I don't worry about the gluten content because if a bird has a celiac condition it shouldn't be eating seeds anyways.
I can't seem to find a link to the pattern, does anyone have it?
You don't even need the flour to make these and this is the only person I've ever seen add flour to bird seed ornaments. You can make them the same minus the flour. Mix your gelatin first with hot water than cold water, then add the corn syrup, the bird seed, and take a piece of straw and make the hole. Leave it in the mold overnight in the fridge and in the morning pop it out and tie your ribbon or string around it. She doesn't even say why she uses the flour, which has no plsce in this recipe.
I've seen plenty of recipes with and without, can't validate the virtue of one over the other, something I shall test comparing the two. I'll drop back with results....
Thank you for sharing. It looks like a great project for me and my Granson to tackle together...😊
love these! gonna try them today.
Merci bcps soutenons nous😍😍😍
Hermoso.
Love it... Thank you Kin!
I love this & I love lights or lanterns put a very bright light so it shines through the stars good idea

Lovely tutorial :) Have you considered using an eco alternative to hot glue in your projects? I'd love to see that :) Maybe you could do a video testing out eco alternatives to see how they compare? I'd love that!
Neat
Owesom
is that a soft or hard felt?
Thanks for sharing!
Easy and beautiful
Love these! I am adding a button with Santa and sleigh over the name of city on map where my grandkids live.
ooh i've never thought to use scrabble pieces! love this <3
I used Snow Tex and glitter
Out of Mason jar lid can you make photo farms out of them
This is good
Can I ask where you bought the star shaped cutter please? I'm in the UK and can't find one that small on Amazon.
Gaynor Williams I know it's been 2 years since you asked but I have only just watched the video, I'm in the uk too, did you have any luck finding a star cutter ? ☺️
@@katrinawest1671 I don't know if these are similar.....www.sugarandcrumbs.co.uk/cake-star-mini-metal-cutters-basic-shapes-12-set.html?gclid=CjwKCAiAwrf-BRA9EiwAUWwKXk2Co1wQAqE84YG89qama4z4jT4Qc8AoTXVkR1GK0u2tjsnjMFIxJRoCNxQQAvD_BwE x
Hope this helps, I bought some mini cutters from the range in the polymer clay section of crafts. In store not online. ⭐️
Brilliant! Thank you very much!
Ummm the leaves need to be pressed first. Fresh unpressed leaves can gather mould and start rotting after a while so that's an important step that was overlooked
Beautiful Succulents felt....my e - mail deboramdefaria@gmail.com
Where did u purchase the second frame from?
Cool vid!😄
