This Incredibly Delicious SEAFOOD Soup...OMG
Today, we'll make a delicious seafood soup from Stanley Tucci’s “Taste”. This recipe is super easy and absolutely delicious. The recipe is below:

2 lbs fresh mussels
2 lbs fresh clams
1/4 cup sea salt
1 tsp saffron threads (optional)
4 cups shrimp/seafood stock total (includes 1 cup if using Saffron)
4 garlic cloves, ends removed and halved
1 medium white onion, diced
4 cups chopped Roma tomatoes (about 3lbs for me)
3 basil leaves, torn in half
2 pepperoncini/banana peppers
2 cups white wine (I used chardonnay)
12 medium shrimp, deveined but shell on
1 lb fresh cod (or similar fish)
1 lb fresh monkfish ( or similar fish)
Kosher Salt

Try frying the zucchini in butter with garlic and basil. My fave. Also, I use spaghetti, not fettuccine. Because it’s a spaghetti dish. But maybe I’m being too critical.

I’m so sorry! I once tried to use half and half and it did the same thing. The heavy cream withstands the heat much better. Sometimes I’ll turn the heat off before adding the cream just to be careful

Do you really need a full cup of heavy cream? I feel like you made a lot of sauce for the amount of salmon you have. Looks really good though and I will try it.
This definitely makes extra sauce! I think you could use 1/2 cup if you wanted to go a bit lighter

I’m using a carving fork and a metal soup ladle! It’s a trick I learned from a babish video and it really helps a ton!

At this rate, anything is better than chipotle. Their portions are smaller. The quality of their food went down and their prices went up. Their chicken is really salty now.

@@tasteswithtaylor haven’t been there in over nine months for that reason. The lines are to the door because they just don’t have enough people. The staff give you that angry. Look like they don’t want you there items are discontinued such as the chorizo portions are smaller the quality went down and their prices went up. I haven’t been back in a long time, remember they used to be so good back in 2016

Maybe it's just the angle, but the steak in the beginning looks way thinner than the one at the end.
Bleeding out is a poor choice of words we all know it's not blood.

@@tasteswithtaylorJuicing is the real culinary term. It’s just water dyed red from being in the Meat for a while. Blood doesn’t leak out like that. Bloods WAY thicker
