Thank you for the video, but I have a question: does the fuel consumption change if you use the rain map with cutted power? Especially for city and daily use, does anyone have seen a decrease in fuel consumption?

Bonus: If you put the throttle forward, the cruise control mode is still on, but the cc itself is off.

I have the standard shield. I think the large smoke looks better, but a VStream Tall is the only screen large enough to make a real difference. Until i decide I'll just keep wiping bugs off my helmet shield... Thank You for the Video !!!!

watching your video makes me realize how much I wanted the darker version of the touring OEM windscreen but just couldn't get it here in the US. I do like that OEM touring screen better than the Puig, or the original for sure.

hello my s22 showed cords at 7450 km and it took me by surprise , my dealer recommended the micheline for more mileage , i will install them this weekend .

Not spoken about enough, changing the end can helps to keep heat down around your legs.

Mine are absolute rubbish, more heat in a candle, not a patch on Oxfords grips on previous sx

For those of your N1K owners out there, does yours run very hot? My 2019 N1K seems to always run 4/5 temp gauge bars with the fan coming on when 5 bars are hit. Recently did a coolant flush and replenish with Engine Ice coolant. Everything burped and topped off. Still a "hot" running bike!

I rode all of June thru Europe with each bag over the limit by double weight, and I had a large duffel bag across the rear seat and top of bags..loaded , tent, supplies, etc.. once at speed you don't feel the weight at all, the front is still planted , hit speeds regular cruising over 140kmprhr on Autobahn, thru Austria, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Czech. No issues with the bike. Wished it had centre stand.

Light smear of grease to the bags contact points with motorcycle makes massive difference to ease of on and off . Try it.

Not exactly a real world test, I’d have preferred to see what kind of clothing and helmets would fit in the pannier’s!

Does the bike downshifts by it self when speed or throttle get low?

Moreover I always appreciated the Ninja 1000sx and if I did not make the change yet, it is just because it's a bit too expensive for me now, and also because I am still too much in love with my Z to make the move. good morning Richard, interesting test, but my first thought before watching was that you would not sense a difference . I once asked you about your switch from the 900RS to the 1000SX, your response was so positive that I bought my 900RS cafe a stable mate, a 2023 1000SX it looks almost identical to yours, I even have the european solid black bags without reflectors. I absolutely love this motorcycle and have the clear touring OEM shield also agree with your your assessment of 2nd position up from bottom as best. I really like your rear seat cowl appearance too, your bike looks great! How many miles do you have on your bike at this time and do you always use your quick shifter? Any problems developed with It at all so far?
