I'm using that build when my champion countered or they have alot of CC especially when you are 1st pick. But sometimes I'm not using that build when our opponent don't have alot of CC but my trick is better tilt enemy jungler in early game as soon as possible.

Why grasp not fleet work because when I fill up 3 stacks of grasp when I'm in the jungle executing monster, it's easier to immediately damage the enemy when I use my ult for clash and surprise gank because grasp is important for extra damage using 1st skill. And also why third item heartsteel is just for health and extra damage when heartsteel passive appear you can also change it to warmog if you don’t like heartsteel third item. Tnx for the question 😀

But you don’t get grasp stack from jungle camps only from enemy champions

Whenever I hit late game with damage Riven I get Thanos snapped by atleast half of the heroes 💀, I find hp stacking bruiser build to be most effective

The best way is to steal his jungle raptors (lvl 1 with vision ward) so that you can tilt him in early game, then get the 2 scutlers in the river or just ping your team to assist or get the scutler for vision when enemy gank jungler is ready to gank to another lane. Remember you must stack your first strike rune for extra gold (ex. Gank early game when your team needed) Idk this tips worked to you but for me this style of mine always worked when jungler counter my champ pick. But it depends how your team cooperate ex:map awareness and vision (wards)
