เมล็ดกาแฟ 20 กรัม สกัดให้ได้น้ำกาแฟ 20 ml / นม + วิปครีม 70 - 90 ml ค่ะ ปริมาณวิปครีมปรับตามชอบได้เลยค่ะ อาจจะนม 75+วิปครีม 15 หรือถ้าไม่ชอบข้นๆ ครีมๆ มันๆ จะใช้เฉพาะนมไม่ใส่วิปก็ได้ค่ะ

I use the stock version, but if wacaco releases ims version i wanna try it.
@@happy.brewing … Thank you for letting me know - I appreciate it. Apparently, the IMS Competition basket for La Pavoni 'post millennium' works but not perfectly. I also understand that the Hugh IMS basket can be used too. I cannot find out which is better though. Good luck, and thank you again. I really love your videos, by the way - the natural lighting and shallow depth of field works so, so well!

ขอสอบถามหน่อยครับ ใช้มานานแค่ไหน แล้วเครื่องมีชำรุดหรือเสียอะไรบ้างไหมครับ ใช้ได้ 1-2 วันแล้วประทับใจมากๆ แต่กลังใช้ไปนานๆ แล้วจะพังตรงส่วนปั๊ม เห็นบางคนบอกพังง่าย
ใช้มาตั้งแต่เมษา ปี 2022 ค่ะ เฉลี่ยวันละแก้ว ยังไม่มีส่วนไหนเสียนะคะ แต่ถ้าส่วนไหนมีปัญหา สามารถติดต่อร้านที่ซื้อมาได้ตลอดนะคะ อันนี้ซื้อจาก yellow stuff ตอนได้มาผิวด้านใน basket ขรุขระนิดนึง แจ้งทางร้านไป เขาก็ส่ง basket อันใหม่มาให้ค่ะ

ผมดูคลิปนี้แล้วซื้อเครื่องตามเลย ตอนนี้กลับมาดูอีกที เริ่มอยากได้แท่นวาง ควรซื้อแท่นวางรุ่นนี้ (แล้วใส่สายรัด) ดูสวยดี หรือรุ่นที่วงเล็กกว่านี้ (ใส่พอดี) แต่มันเป็นขาเหล็กกลมเล็กๆ (คล้ายๆ แท่น drip) ดีครับ
ขอบคุณค่ะ ไม่เคยใช้แท่นรุ่นอื่นเลยค่ะ ชอบรุ่นนี้เพราะว่าเวลากด เราสามารถวางมือลงบนแท่นได้ทั้งสองข้างเลย (หลังๆ มาปรับการวางมือใหม่ให้กดสบายขึ้น) แล้วมันก็มั่นคงดีค่ะ
