I have 3 sites and all 3 come up with zero results - that seems to me like I am not doing something correctly? In the breadcrumbs line I have similar data but between crawl date and Segment dropdown it says Compare with 21 Jun. Could that be an issue?

Looks like they changed what you can do with this section. I have none of these fields. SR has been very hard to learn compared to arefs. UPDATE: Ok, I figured it out. They changed a lot of things since your video. Still, not an intuitive tool at all.
is a keyword cluster the same as a topical map
People sometimes use the terms interchangeable. I think of clustering as finding all the keyword opportunities within a topic - primary, secondary and semantics - and the topical mapping components as the act of assigning specific keywords to different content types that will have the best chance of ranking. Often, in some form of visual format.

Thanks for reaching out! Around minute 3:06 in the video I show how I determine that. Typically, if you see most of the article ranking for a keyword using exact match keyword targeting in the URL and title tags, its a decent sign it requires a dedicated piece of content to have the best chance of ranking.

When I create a new clustered list, just creates a new keyword manager list with 0 keywords, even though I asked for a clustered list using keywords.

When you are looking at a target page, does it sometimes turn out zero results? I have a few posts that are older that I ran through and it turned out zero results. I also added a couple of my new posts and they turned out zero results, as well. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. Thanks!
Hi! Yep - sometimes it does turn our zero results, unfortunately. Definitely not perfect. I tend to just filter through the ones that it does pick up, prioritize those, and then execute on them first. Then, look at other options for finding opps for the other pages.

Thanks Chris! Yeah - if the site was new, I'd definitely use the process to inform the structure. Otherwise, I'll just mine those most important subfolders and plug them where it makes the most sense in the existing site structure. Hope I understood and answered you properly :) If not, let me know!

How would you use SEMRush if you did not have the list of DRs for this analysis? We are thinking of making the switch from Ahrefs to SEMRush
Hi David! The closest thing to the DR metric in Semrush is the Authority Score metric. You can use this as a relative gauge of page/domain strength. www.semrush.com/blog/semrush-authority-score-explained/. I typically look at the AS inside the mini KW overview reports for KWs listed in the KW Magic Tool.

How are we "stealing" a featured snippet from a competitor if we´re filtering the data for "not tanking"? Shouldn´t be focusing on queries that are in fact ranking for featured snippets in order for us to "steal" it?
