Update. I completed my self imposed Boot Camp. Got up at 5 every weekday. Did a 3 mile run each day. First week after work 1 hour a day class was on investments. Second week was Contract law. 3rd investment 2. 4th negotiating business deals 5th and 6 more contract law. Added a 2 month course in business writing The discipline was great but being your own drill instructor can be taxing on your psyche. I am glad I did it. I forgot I did all the BT things like keeping your PDA in tiptop shape and regimented sleep and eat. Will do my vet physical, but preliminarily I lost 15 pounds and learned a lot of new stuff. AIM High folks.

My problem runs deep. I had a somewhat of a spiritual awakening a while back, and now I don't see the point of this life anymore. Everything is a lie, nothing is real and when you really are honest with yourself you realize that all of this is temporary. What's the point of grinding, what's the point in "making something of yourself" for you to only get old, body breaks down and you pass away. I have seen people lose close lifelong friends and family members and the very next day act like they could care less. Everything that means anything to you in your home will either be sold off or thrown away in a dumpster when you die.

I'm sharing my story in hopes of inspiring someone to chase their dreams: May (2023) I got fired from my job and had to move back into my parents house. I'd gained alot of weight and was at my heaviest at 258lbs. I remember crying one night in my bed because I felt like a complete failure. I had given up on my dream of becoming a doctor because of my learning disability in mathematics. Because of that I fell into a deep depression. As of Jan 2025: I have a job again lost 35lbs (currently at 222lbs) Got my ass back into school After my 4th attempt I finally passed my exams in mathematics I'm proud to say i've applied to medical school and that moving abroad this summer to chase my dream of becoming a doctor despite all the adversities i faced. Nothing is impossible!!!!!!!!

I lost myself as a man. I gave up with my goals and Rely on my partner 3 years ago. I was lost and in the procces of migration with a long distance relationship. I took my ashes from the bottom and start coming back to the surface, reading books, going to the gym, getting better in différent topics and now a day I gained 12 kg of muscle, got my crédit for my car, left girls that don’t add me for my personal improvement. Just do it and trust the procces. Embarace be a men and take the leadership 🫡

My dad died when i was 18 four years ago, all but a depressed single mother and no job for myself, endless hate on both of us from same people who were like family before just because we both were not useful and finished. When no one believes in you i wanted someone to be there for me and support us but world teached me a 1st and best lesson that only you stand for yourself no matter the situation bad or good. Flur years later i managed to put a few smiles on my mothers face and a puppy now starting to look like a family. Just believe in yourself no matter circumstamces especially when you are left alone.

You won’t meet many people who carry this mindset. Those who do will make you a better you.

When he said to John Snow, "kill the boy" It really hit me hard. I'm 36 and for as far as I think I've come, I know I have not killed the boy. I've been spiraling and not taken any action, anger has nearly consumed me. I won't become violent but i'm afraid one day i'll have given up and not even noticed.
