My parents never fully accepted me being gay. My stepfather's just plain homophobic. He never liked me and he stole my inheritance my mother tried to leave me when she died. I'm stuck in a broken down trailerr behind her house. He remarried and wants me to leave. I was suppost to be able to live on the property for the rest of my life. He's betrayed me in so many ways yet I've known him for 45 years! He doesn't consider me family since mom passed. His whole relationship with her was phoney.

You know, I don’t agree with Ellen politically…but I remember when Ellen “came out” and I remember thinking how brave she was for doing so . I hoped it wouldn’t hurt her career because she is so talented and I know how cruel ppl can be. I am straight and I didn’t really understs I remember at the same time my cousin came out. After being with his gf Mary for 10 years…to appear “ normal “ he ended up wasting 10 years of her life and finally told her why he couldn’t marry her…. I felt just awful for both of them. Ignorance always causes pain and justifies cruel actions. Look at her now Being accused of being mean to a few quests -and not taking care of employees…after all these years she has been on and all of a sudden she is an awful person after helping thousands of ppl…and ppl all willing to believe it because of a few whiny celebrities…. I am straight and think different from her politically and I don’t believe it ..why, because I have a brain and it makes no sense..it sounds like sabotage to me …. Fortunately she has enough money she will be fine, but a great show had to end and ppl show their true colors…very sad

I’m just seeing this and I have a granddaughter who is gay and she and her partner just had a baby girl. She was afraid to tell me because she thought I would be upset, but when she told me I told her and what’s the problem. I love you regardless of who you are. I also told her “I come out of the closet all the time but it’s to get my coat 😹😹😹. I told my family, now we were raised pentecost, and my Daddy was the Pastor and when he passed, my brother became the Pastor. He teaches out of the KJB and he was preaching one night and said that he has family members who claim to be gay and I called him after church and said to him, I know you were talking about my granddaughter and, just to let you know, the Bible says it is sin, but who are we to judge. The Bible also says “judge not lest they be judged”. I’m the outcast of the family as I wear makeup, cut my hair, wear pants, etc. and I can’t tell you how many times I’m going to hell. You be who you are and I am who I am. I have til my family if they say or treat her different, I will have a come to Jesus meeting with them and my come to Jesus meetings are not good, trust me when I say, you wouldn’t want to have one with me.
