Why go to any park if you don't have time? For many it is a reason to come back and explore more. No offense, but Efteling is a park with nostalgia and to relax.

Your vegan? Good for you ! Wish I had the power to be one . But i love my peace of meat sorry about that. But i respect you for being vegan and have the strenght of not needing meat. 🎉

Fun fact, Villa Volta was the first mad house of its kind! It always amuses me to see people react to my childhood park for the first time 😊 Great video!

The music (except Danse Macabre, obviously) in the park is Efteling music.

Unless otherwise stated all water from taps in the Netherlands is drinking water.

The Fairytale at Efteling opened in 1952, and its fairytales are much closer to the original stories than anything Disney puts out, and it has music too.

That was great! Thx for making the vlog. Always so much fun to see foreigners' first reaction of 'our' park. You're quite right that some attractions are quite random. Especially Dreamflight. I guess it's supposed to be a dream? Everybody likes the floating castles in space scene though :) It's fun that you weren't that crazy about the elves and didn't thought Fata Morgana was scary. You pretty tough. It's so varied what people like and don't like. Real fun to watch. Thx again.

There is free water available. You probably just missed it. Next time ask a park employee. For instance there is a free water station near Symbolica and at 'De Ganzenhoedster' on the Anton Pieck square. Or flll your water bottle at one of the taps inside the toilet buildings. It is all safe to drink.

Lockers are a convenience but not mandatory. We often use them just to stash our backpacks when we don't need them. You'll get your euro back. If you don't have any coins you can try the shops in the area to exchange. Most people use Gondoletta just to eat some lunch. It's basically 20 minutes of chilling. And yeah those return machines for "statiegeld" are a nuisance. They'll probably get better with time. Hopefully. Too bad that dragon "easilly aggitated" didn't work. It's an old animatronic that aged suprisingly well. The swinging ship is surprisingly doable in the center but it's a different thing when you're on one of the edges. It's one of the biggest swinging ships in the world (if not the biggest) and definitely a bucket list attraction. Bonus points for including Aquanura. Efteling darkrides generally have no real story. They are mostly just experiences with a small amount of lore.

Those views _do_ look incredible, might even be worth facing your greatest fear to see! Although, when your greatest fear is freely roaming up and down the length of the wall, I can see how that might be a deterrent. 😂 When you were pointing out how slow the toboggan ride looked, I was wondering whether or not you'd been on one of these before. They are a dime a dozen in the United States so we're very familiar; and, as you found out, you can go as fast as your own comfort level allows, assuming that there's no traffic in front of you. There are exceptions, but most of those course are built very safely so that you can technically go top speed all the way down if you want to, and never worry about flying off the track. But there are always those tight corners where self-preservation kicks in and you have to lay on the brakes 😅 Pretty good pricing on photos and souvenirs, really...I was expecting everything to be about double what you paid, particularly in such a touristy area. Glad you made it back to your hotel safely, and thanks for taking us along for the ride on this awesome vlog series! ✨

It seems like staying onsite is definitely the move! Very cool that you were on the first Jurassic World vehicle of the day. I definitely appreciate the timestamps on your day, we do the same with our content. It's helpful for planning purposes to know what's possible in each park and/or experience. I also appreciate knowing where the kiddie coasters are hiding, because every kiddie coaster counts towards our coaster credits! 😁The carnival games are pretty much never worth the money no matter what theme park or what game, but that be the best variation of a basic teacups ride that I've ever seen at 08:47 with Bumblebee the DJ. The 'Waterworld' show is not at Universal Orlando, but it is a headlining attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood! Can confirm that you do get soaked in those first few rows. 😂 I'll let you in on a little secret, though...you _barely_ understand what's happening in the English version despite clear English dialogue lol super fun to see and experience, but not very heavy on plot. Also, they offer a completely vegan butterbeer in Universal Orlando now! I actually prefer it to the standard edition, it's not quite as frothy. I can see why a parade with so many massive pieces wouldn't be able to safely run in the rain, I'm glad you got to see it on your second day! Great video, can't wait to watch your day out at the Great Wall of China!

Well, check-in is certainly faster at Beijing than it is at Orlando, that's for sure! 😂 I do appreciate that Forbidden Journey and Flight of the Hippogriff are consistent experiences all over the world. Much like a fast food restaurant, you know exactly what you're getting when you join the line! Can confirm that Jurassic Flyers is an attraction unique to Universal Beijing, though it shares a manufacturer with other Universal rides that are more standardized. I also have to disagree with your advice, and would highly recommend that _everyone_ go out of their way for the "Lights Camera Action!" special effects show, too 😉 only a handful of big budget effects shows like that still exist, and precious few of them were designed by Steven Spielberg! Really makes me miss the Twister show that used to live at Universal Orlando. The splash on the Kung Fu Panda ride was no joke! Ngl, I'd not be caught in the front row if I could help it lol 24:36 LAURYN! WATCH MOVIES!! How to Train Your Dragon is the GOAT 😂 We can both agree that Jurassic World is the real showstopper at Universal Beijing, though. There is truly (currently) nothing quite like that attraction anywhere else in the world. Looked like a great day, despite the brief interruption of nasty weather! Thanks for sharing! ✨

Nice to know that you can always find Burger King and Bubba Gump Shrimp no matter where you are in the world haha and the view from the terrace was incredible! I'd definitely have gone for the bungee jumping, though 😉 Immigration and security in China is known to be pretty aggressive, so I'm not surprised to hear that there were multiple layers of security, screening and passport verification. Glad that you left yourselves plenty of time, even if it meant skipping out on some of the fun tourist attractions in Hong Kong this time around. There's always next time! You were quick to learn lessons from your first day, I see! Despite the higher crowd level, it seems like there's no real reason to rush from the gate to the various lands...especially since they do a sort of phased or gradual rope drop for each holding area of the park. I definitely think that was a splash on the camera for your Frozen photos and not a deliberate blur or censoring of some sort 😂 I'm sure it happens all the time, and we just don't notice it most of the time! I had also meant to mention in the Day One vlog that the hidden Disney characters in 'it's a small world' are also part of the experience in Disneyland California. If and when you make it back to those parks on the West Coast of the US, I think you'll see a lot of similarities to the overseas parks. California is often used as a sort of testing ground for new experiences and updates before rolling them out to places like DLP, WDW, and HKDL. Walt's original castle may be small, but the original Disney park is still the source of all Disney magic! ✨ I also really love experiences like Playhouse in the Woods, that'd have to be a must-do for us haha the optical illusions in the garden were really cool! Shame about Tarzan's Treehouse, but hopefully that'll be a fun thing to come back and experience on a future visit. Looks like another all-around great day at the park, plus or minus your trouble getting out of the station... 😉 Great vlog Lauryn!

Possible hot take here, but Hong Kong may very well have the best castle of them all. 😍 I would also say that Hong Kong's Frozen land pretty much _buries_ Norway (EPCOT). It's a bit less educational, sure, but the whole area is a beautiful piece-by-piece recreation of the Arendelle from the movies and I _love_ that! Glad to hear that the Frozen Ever After attraction is noticeably better than the one at EPCOT, too - when the version at Hong Kong first opened, we were a little disappointed that it looked like a copy+paste job. Love that Elsa (Spirit Elsa, at that) does meet and greets just outside the ride queue, too! "This is the best day of my entire life" 😂 I don't doubt it, seems like win after win all morning long! Mystic Manor and Jungle Cruise are some of the rides we're most looking forward to if we're able to visit this park someday; both are definitely unique among all the sister attractions in the Disney parks around the world. Maybe I'm biased as a former stage actor, but I also love little stage-play-style shows like the one you saw for Moana! They have something similar at the Aulani Resort in Hawaii and it's the cutest little thing. I'm also all for anything that includes audience participation haha good to see that the Tomorrowland sound loop remains the same, all around the world 😉 California's 'Small World' also has all of the hidden Disney characters, but I'm not sure that they have the lead-in for each section telling you which part of the world you're in. We'll be back to Disneyland shortly and will be sure to let you know! haha the Marvel land in Hong Kong looks at least unique, if not quite as flashy. And the firework and drone shows were amazing! Terrific vlog, so cool to see all of this from your perspective! Can't wait to watch the day two vlog! ✨

Your in the main grandstand where you see everything and then you go on the track i can't understand that i been from the track too the main grandstand and waited there the whole time lots of things were happening after the race it was awesome
