One trick I have learned to cut down on the time it takes to bring it to pressure is to add in the chicken stock, tomatoes and tomato sauce to the cooked ground beef and turn on the saute mode, and while the liquids are heating up, I then prep the vegetables. Now when you add in the vegetables, the liquid is already hot. I then closed the lid and started the cooking time.

What size Instant Pot do you use. Will this recipe work in the Instant Pot Mini (3 qt)?

That’s too sweet. I really like that you make the trail mix for him. You know your husband and his eating habits. I know that would not hold me over when we are working on the roof in these hot Texas summers. That would be a snack bag for when we’re working 10 or 12 hours.

Not the video I was looking for. That being said this woman is amazing. Marriage is not a "partnership". It is commitment to one another. She seems to take her role very seriously, as I'd expect the husband does the same.
