Hi Afrin, PMBOK 7th Edition will remain relevant for next year as well. However, I must tell you that only reading PMBOK7th edition is not sufficient.
For PMP exam, do we need to cover both PMBOK 6th and 7th?? Please advise what all one should cover for passing PMP exam?

You should read PMBOK7th editing along with Agile Practice Guide and Rita Mulachy as well. Once you read these three books spend at least 20-25 days doing practise tests. One very good resource is PM PrepCast for practise questions and tests.
