lol as a kid she probably thought you could just cook it to thaw it out. And didn’t understand the process. My kid thought I was just giving them a task to do until I explained why I needed it slowly thawed out. You are so bitter hahaha

Because mom usually says to *thaw the chicken before I’m home* because it takes a bit of time to like thaw the chicken/meat so she could make it as soon as she’s home and she won’t need to thaw the meat and she could go straight to cooking the meat like seasoning because you can’t just cook meat without thawing it. Hope this helps😊
