Hi there. Have you ever been able to figure out what the 4 nuts/holes at the back of the kayak were for? Can't find it anywhere. Picture shows on BCF website shows something bolted to it, but no one knows what is meant for. @ 0:07
HI , BCF have wheels made by Pryml that are for that fitting , there is a mount on the kit that bolts on there then you can put the wheels in when needed

sorry did not look, it was a good size surf sinker with quite a bit of weight ,did it ok but i would not have gone heavier as the blades were feeling it

Hey why does my charger randomly start blinking and not charge
@AbrakxisEnslow not sure but the charger might be faulty be careful as faulty chargers cause the fires proberly contact where you purchased it , 🤔

@ I live at Old Beach, only about 200m from the boat ramp. My 12 year old son convinced me to get my lazy arse off the couch and take him to see the 9.30 display 😂 I’m glad I did, it was fun. I just posted a video on my channel. Happy new year mate :)

@snarkygoblin-td6bc no sorry , I think I ended up using screws in the lip of the rod holder on that side as the thicknes of the rod holder and the thicknes of the yak was good enough, hope that helps
i did use well nuts for a couple of the holes as i remember now , been a while since i had that one

Anything is going to feel tippy mate when you're not using your hips or feet properly to balance it I own this kayak in the black pink and yellow version along with a few more expensive ones and there's nothing at all wrong with it it's all you mate kayaks aren't ment for people of your weight aswell on top of everything else I could give you my 5k kayak to use and because you don't sit correctly you'd say it's tippy not having a go mate just pointing out some errors as to not mislead others you're one of the only one doing reviews on these sorts of kayaks and I'm sure it helps others alot

I think you would do alright , maybe big squid around the corner from the ramp as your heading out and Sal.on at the spot I fish , half way between rock point north and end of seven mile , bomys out there good luck

That method works much better with a bait. A silver whiting on a squid spike works great. Those jigs need to be fished with some movement. Also, white is the only colour you need :)
You are right , I am now using that method but I do not do this often , easy to loose a drone , I am now experimenting with bait boats , thank you for the comment
It's risky, but enjoyable. I think is more safe to put the hook in the front langing gear horn and move forward slowly the drone untill you are in place, and watch carefully the free line deploy meanwile. Once in place, you will turn the aircraft 180 degrees, backward move, and the line will be droped easily making a free and safe return to your drone. Greetings from Santa Rosa-La Pampa-Argentina.

How do you cook your salmon mate? The music was a bit loud on this one, couldn’t hear you talking. Also, don’t forget we aren’t allowed to catch any squid for a month :/
I just fillet and skin and roll it in plain flour that has salt and black pepper in it then fry it in olive oil , yes the music is a bit loud i am using a different video editor and still getting use to it , thanks for the heads up on the squid .
Awesome session! Good to see the salmon starting to turn up. Where is that spot? I was over near Slopen island the other day and there’s a massive colony of Seals have made their home there. I think it’s going to make the fishing pretty hard there this summer :/
first rock point north of the boat ramp , yep seals make it hard ,they like the outgoing tide there , good luck

Hi, i found these on Temu , i wanted to try them for a while now so i bought these jigs there , the exact name i am not sure now but they have heaps on there and they are very cheap , around 8 dollars for 5
They are much more effective in deep water from a boat. You’re supposed to jig them vertically.

@@alsfishingandfamilyadventu7023 yes, they are designed to work vertically. You lift them up, then let the fall and they flutter back down like a wounded bait fish.
