Thank you for the great comment! Appreciate it! Yes 203K and renovation loans are very under utilized and in today's market where there just simply aren't enough homes. Renovation loans can be a great solution to creat a home that meets all your needs vs building new.

This is a great stratagy, I got into my first rental by house hacking! bought a duplex and rented out the other side and got 3 roomates in my side, went from paying rent to having all expenses paid and making $1000 a month on top.
