The software automatically calculates the resin amount on our letter-bending machines. Did you buy resin from your local supplier?

@@paul--bytcnc6722 Thanks a lot for your answer ! We are already using load on the letter but its not a 100% solution .. I've to check if our soft is automatically calculating the resin amount .. What height of liquid did you use ? 3mm ? 4 mm ? You think to much liquid can be a problem ? We buy the resin were we have buy the machine, so I think it's ok for the compatibility. @@florianroche5839 You are welcome. Usually, our engineers work on solving technical problems for our customers. The thickness depends on the sizes of the letters. Such as a 60cm letter, the thickness is 3mm. That will be the 5mm thickness of a 200cm letter. Have a nice day.

@@florianroche5839 You can check if the bottom of your letters is flat enough. Many machines on the market have low precision. Although they are cheap, the letters they produce are not flat enough for producing resin letters, so there will be problems with liquid leakage. This is just one of the situations.

Is your machine produced by BYT company? If so, our engineers will provide lifetime technical support. If not, we worry about not having the ability to make it work, because many machines have mechanical structural defects and their design is faulty.
