This is a short documentary of 1904 World's Fair that was held in St. Louis, also known as the Louisiana Purchase Exposition. This was one of many world expositions that have been held since 1856, but some consider this one to be one of the most significant for a variety of reasons. Another proof that these world fairs were fake history. 1904 St Louis olympics had only 100 athletes from different countries. If you watch the videos, there’s literally no spectators, citing difficulty in traveling back then. Yet this particular fair drew at least 19 million people. There was a reset. The stories don’t line up!!
I think these places were the downtown of those cities.
If you believe the narrative, you are part of the problem. These are/were old world buildings. The controllers had to introduce them somehow, so they could tear them down.
Why are there buildings already erected
What a bunch of BS
The World's Fair Society has recorded over 30 meetings (since Covid), and placed those recordings on RUclips. A treasure trove of knowledge about the Louisiana Purchase Exposition is here to explore and learn! www.youtube.com/@WorldsFairSociety-monthlymeeti
Ummm yeah... Imma go ahead and call BS
So the explanation for the art museum and history museum being made from real stone and not plaster is that those buildings were so popular that they had them rebuilt legitimately after their plaster counterparts had been torn down. But based on the footage there were many other buildings that were more beautiful and impressive. Why weren't any of those buildings selected to be rebuilt? Just doesn't make any sense.
Green Highway
The Jerusalem and alps recreations is just insane to think about
Gilded age St louis was a paradise. To this day our nicest buildings and city owned stuff are leftovers from the fair. We've let so much of historic st louis fall into destruction...we need to do everything we can to get back to the level we were then. Might as well have been a world capitol ffs
Lol this is so laughable. There is no way they built this within a year or 2. These buildings were already here. There are photographs that show workers lime washing and removing mud and such from the buildings.
18.4 acre building? Sounds like the building already existed. I don't believe that all the buildings could have been built in a year and half. I call bullschitt. Propaganda program pushers.
No way those were built in 1903. No way they discovered them.
Sad demises of those who got killed in train accident coming to this fair including those to small girls 🙏
Anyone who believes the World’s Fairs narratives isn’t thinking clearly. The MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE converged upon St. Louis, yeah right. Go sell this bullshit somewheres else. We’re all stocked up over here. 😂🤡
25:35 any idea who they were
Ah, to be healthy and wealthy in 1904😊❤
My great grandpa was Robert Carey was an Egans rat, Fred the killer Burkes best friend. Main suspects in St.Valentines day massacre..
The food was best part hot fogsiced tea ice cream mass media publicized these foods people liked them and ate hem all including Mr
17:01 this statue sits in Birmingham Alabama to this day
Glad others mentioned the Olympics as it's not in the video. I would have thought that would have a section in the video but it's absent. If you look at that medal table, I'm not sure why the world didn't travel to St. Louis for the games? America had over 520 competitors over many months that it was played. Canada had 56, Germany 22. Only 12 nations competed and no other had more than single digits competing. Hardly a "world" competition, right? The U.S. won 231 medals (76 gold, 78 silver, 77 bronze) Germany was 2nd with 15. I'm an American, but that's totally cringe-worthy. I mean, how much pride does one take in the "competition" that really wasn't one? Anyone have an explanation for the turnout and results? I'm always curious about this every four years as we get close to the games and we all know the lead the U.S. has in the medal count in the Summer games, plus adding in the fact that the old USSR and E/W Germany totals don't add onto the active Germany or Russia totals of today, so it's not like the USA lead is threatened in the least for the All-Time honors. Maybe our real intrigue is in the winter games and seeing if the U.S. can continue to add to it's improving medal hauls over time? Hard to top Norway and Germany though.
Interesting video and good presentation. The level of detail showcased in the 1272-acre development seems very impressive. However, achieving this level of detail in just 4 years in 1902, when most communication and transportation relied on horse and wagon, appears highly ambitious. Imagine writing letters for purchasing materials and ordering supplies, then relying on horse-drawn deliveries to move everything. These factors would likely extend the development timeline significantly.
You couldn't go to the store then and buy a bottle of water
Logistically impossible 10:16 listening to this historian tell these lies is interesting - honestly sounds like he barely believes it subconsciously
🤦♂️ all those photos are of mostly completed buildings
Yo that photo 6:25 is clearly the aftermath destruction of the ancient city that was already there. Shameful what happened during all worlds fairs at the turn of 19th century
6:19 as someone who was born in 2002, i can assure you, no one held their judgements.
Those buildings were mostly plaster and horse hair. Temporary. Not actual stone and marble.
You left out the fact that the largest pipe organ built in the United States, at the time, by California Art Organ Company, was installed in the concert hall at the fair, and daily organ concerts were played throughout the fair by the finest organists living at that time. After the fair, it was purchased by the Wanamaker Department store in Philadelphia, moved there, and installed, where it still is played daily, and remains the largest completely playing pipe organ in the world.
Boy, the couple that got married at the fair don't look happy at all.
I was 4 almost 5 but remember quite a lot attending the 1964 New York World's Fair and still have something special I got from the Chinese Pavilion and I'm 64 now so 60 year's ago.
A perfect movie that showcased the St. Louis World's Fair Is Meet me in St. Louis and the now famous song
The St. Louis World's Fair was the first time a whole bunch of buildings and street lights were electrically illuminated.
Kudos to you guys for a excellent representation! Alex, Mike T, Joe M & the gang... Well Done!
"Dubia will host a faire in 2020!!" BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (laughs in covid)
upvoting myself because i'm funny asf
I was very tempted to say "Dubai will host a fair in 2021" because when this was filmed, covid was a very real thing that everyone knew about; it just wasn't everywhere yet. However, it's better to age like milk than to try and go against official information. 2020 was a weird year.
@@AlexMathiesen I thought the way you said it was great! Tactful and based off what information was goin on. It amused me in a sense of “little did we know”. This video is great! I appreciate all your information. At one point in the video I got to go “I can see my house from there! :D@
Great story! I loved it.
Everything was so peaceful back then. Morality, music, no violent crime, etc. Then the lesser of our great species arouse and destroyed everything in sight.
You need to learn more
Th Indigenous people would think differently.
I can see why the Phillipine exhibit was most p( .)pular
Funny how chicago world fair, st louis and even crystal palace all been burned down or moved... clearly inferiority complex here. You see this arquitecture was meant to last and if you see what people build today u can tell something is off. History is a joke

Time stamp 17 : 41 some new hot topic regarding Granite clock structures may have been from and earlier civilization before US was discovered. 1904 St. Louis Exposition World's fair some questionable building technology . Early history may have been altered hugely.
Evidence? All I see before the Fair is trees
This comment section is wild
Thanks, but wow am I glad the Tartarian advocates stopped commenting. Thanks for watching my video, but please keep your outlandish conspiracies to yourself. 2021 was a weird year. Thank you for watching.
@@AlexMathiesen I think it's cool that a lot of people have relatives and can relate to the video
I live just down the road from Jelly Roll Hogans Eureka Big River mansion. Today it looks as it did when Hogan built it. It's now owed by Brookdale Farm LLC on Twin River road.
