A midweek dinner of pizza and tenderloin steak with the Gozney Dome. I love this thing! Especially with the dual fuel option. Store bought dough, again! Gas usage is great for a quick cook session. The heat retention is so good in the Dome that I was able to finish the steak without a conventional oven. Enjoy!

After 4 weeks of testing, here is a list of my experiences so far with the Gozney Dome. I am not a pizza master, in fact, I am still a learnin'. I made Jalapeño Poppers and used store bought pizza dough in this video. I am in the process of testing different homemade dough recipes. I find store bought dough is a quick alternative; depending on the situation. Enjoy.

After 8 months of waiting, its finally here! Definitely worth the wait. This is the unboxing, propane set-up and first gas firing. Gozney update - Dome expected in mid Oct 2021 - still waiting... And with bags of flour laying around the house, waiting for my pizza oven...I decided to try fresh homemade pasta. Not only is it easier than expected to make, it truly is a relaxing experience. Part 2 is a must try garlic, tomato, and brie cheese sauce that's delish!

What's a tasty pasta dish without the sauce? I make a delicious and super, super easy garlic, tomato, and brie cheese sauce. What? Brie Cheese?!! Yes, the whole wheel. This dish was given to me from an Italian restaurant owner/friend who says it was their most popular dish. Its great with boxed pasta but even better with fresh, homemade pasta. A must try.

Gozney update - Dome still in production and/or transit, they say mid-Sept delivery. It was ordered in April!? In the mean time, I've played with a few pasta dishes.
