    Leadership, Clarity, Outcomes, Implications, Emotions, Engagement, Roles, Reflection, Culture, and Catalyst. How different from what is stated in the video would be advices by W.E.Deming 14 points for management and P.Crosby 14 steps to improvement, just to name few?

    The following areas have been suggested: Change, Clarity, Understanding, Process, Inertia, Project management, Communication, Emotions, Culture and Leadership. Conclusion: the talk does not go deep enough to identify the root causes. On the other hand, why not take the Lean Management/Culture approach, think of a change as an experiment. It changes everybody's mindset.
