My 2018 just started doing this a couple weeks. What was the solution for you? Mine will say 55 for all 4 measurements and say 2 of them our wrong pressure.
You can go in so many directions as far as your next truck, there’s a rumor that Nissan is working with another manufacturer for an electric Titan, we shall see
Bought a 2016 XD, and warrantied a new engine. (oil pump failed), also the ecm failed. Other then that deleted the cummins will start in -20 without ease. I'm extremely impressed with this truck deleted. I honestly think the truck was traded in because the owner knew the engine was about done.
Love my 2016 platinum reserve. Bought it with 9,000 miles on it. Close to 50,000 miles and no issues. Best thing i did was del3t3 it. Worlds of difference in power, but I del3t3d it for the longevity of the engine, the extra power was a bonus. When towing heavy I run the 30hp setting and it pulls hills like you wouldn't believe. When I'm not using cruise control it pulls all of the hills on i-10 from oz9ba to San Antonio without dropping down from 6th to 5th. Never had an issue maintaining 75 in my heavy food trailer. Only whem the frustration was engaged did it downshift, and when it did downshift it quickly fell back into line.
just purchased a 2019 Titan XD 5.0 picked it up Monday May 25th, had some hesitation about purchase I don't tow anything and really did not need a diesel, but the $16000 off MSRP i took the leap. I hope I have as good of luck as you have, thanks for the videos.
I just took the plunge and bought a 2019, I've owned two other Titans (trading one in).... other than trim and plastics, I've never had an issue with one. "Fingers crossed" , I'm hoping this XD purchase will yield similar results. My gut told me to stick with the 5.6, but I wanted to try something different. I have had it for a week, I like it but it's definitely a different truck with the Cummins, not better or worse...just different. I've primarily stuck with Titans due to them just being a little different, a little odd (rare) but still being reliable. Under-rated? Yea, I agree 100%. But I kinda like that about them. (aside from the aftermarket) Thanks for the video, keep up the good work
2 years is considered a long time ownership please I really dislike these videos so pleasing truck s for 2 3 years is not long term ownership not saying yours is least but common diesel s run forever so 40 50 thousand miles is nothing make videos about the truck when you hit a hundred or a hundred and fifty miles so you actually say it's a good or bad truck I'm not a truck snob so I would say the same about any diesel truck
I have a 2018 Titan XD with the cummins, just hit 20K miles, loving the power and how well built. I was wondering how yours is doing now? How many miles you have now? Mine is great only put a S&B cold air intake on mine $300, not much more gas mileage but does seems to give it a bit more power.
Hey brother, welcome back, if your interested I joined a group on FB for 2nd Gen Titans check it out, we pretty much help each other out with ideas and upgrades
Didn’t know there was no sound! Sorry about that do not know how that happened!
Replace your tpms sensors
Do you lnow if they qill fir an older titan? 2004 crew cab
How do you know if the guardrails are working if you don’t test them? 😅
What did you get to replace the Titan?
Got a 2022 Tundra!
@@bxbmbr766 do you prefer the new Tundra over the Titan? And how so?
How much did it cost for the Titan box ?
I think I paid like $600 for them back then maybe cheaper now second hand
You still driving the Titan?
Unfortunately got rid of it in Oct of 2022
@bxbmbr766 what did you get?
@@thecliffold58792022 Tundra!
Shit driver....
I need those bolts, where can I find them?
Not sure came with them
Man, I’m right down the street from here! Nice to see a local XD owner putting out content.
Thank you
These boats are not easy to work on but thanks to RUclips

The dealership should be taking better care of you, I question the oil changes and tire rotation at times
So do I, I still have it and still have the intermittent reduced power and 4x4 error
Got rid of it in October of 2022 $60k down the drain!
Yes, there are issues with the Tundra with the twin turbo, a lot of loyal Toyota Tundra owners miss that good ol V8
You can go in so many directions as far as your next truck, there’s a rumor that Nissan is working with another manufacturer for an electric Titan, we shall see
We sure shall see my friend! I ended up getting the tundra!
Check out the Ram lineup
The 2500’s or others might check them out
@@bxbmbr766 I love my 2nd Gen Titan, but the 7 speed transmission was disappointing, so I gave Ram a try and so far it has not disappointed
Decided to keep the truck as I believe I was being scammed by the dealership in having to replace things I don’t need
Get an egr delete, you’ll wake up that Cummins
👋
You ever change the gas tank?
Yes I did I got the titan fuel tank
Got the titan fuel tank 50 gal
Some tail gates are with out utility box package. But tailgates don't look different than gates without box package. Is this the utility boxes?
Yes
I need replace mine too got crack where did you buy yours from.
eBay if my memory serves me right
Do you still have titan 5.0 cummins is it still running good
Yes I do
Still reliable ? Looking at a used 18 with 30k on it
Retired Submarine Sailor here! Thanks for the video. I am looking at moving from my gasser 2018 TITAN to a CUMMINS TITAN.
Hope you didn’t get rid of the gasser
How has it been this manny years in and how many miles do you have on it now?
I’ve owned it for 5 years now and still love it miss it cuz I’ve been gone for the last few months but update to follow
Yeah no truck fail but careless driver!
You need to change your fuel filters I do agree with you on the general grabber tires they suck
Winter tires next time

Just wow!
Where can i get the rubber plugs for the drainage holes?
Maybe from Nissan USA parts

Did you delete it yourself or have it done. I'm looking to buy one ASAP.
@@aaronclark7769 did it myself. Super easy to do.
How much was the delete?
Lmao bad tires and everything. Don’t blame the truck.
Definitely stupidity on my part love the truck absolutely had it for four years now

Great choice
I have a 2017 pro 4X XD bought it use 47,000 miles on it and I love it so far. Definitely the most comfortable truck that I have been in
Same here and the ride quality is top par
Do a transfer tank it quicker and easier and u can use all the fuel 👍
I opted for the 50 gallon replacement tank by Titan fuel tanks only thing is I can never tell how much fuel I have
Battery in key fob needs replacing!
Philip Pulvermacher they fixed it but it was something else not 100% sure
Wipe the moldings with a silicone spray if you know the temps gonna go into the teens....it will disperse the moisture that freezes..

Wayne Gilby good point
Do you have the bed lights on your truck? If so do they block the lights?
Do not have the bed lights yet
They DO block the lights
Hows the reliability so far on it ? And how many miles
KB'S VLOG got about 80k and still going
Update as of right now almost 86k
Still have the truck?
Yep 86k miles
Coat the weatherstripping with wd-40 that’ll help with the doors
