Speed isn’t fitness!Its how you are built!Of course someone short legged but heavy boned and muscled in the legs is at a disadvantage and won’t be as quick as a buildsd adapted to move quicker.Thinkmof the analogy abstractly by looking at bicycles.You see riders flying past on those light,thin but large circumferences wheels.Yet try riding a thick wheeled ,heavy ,small mountain bike.It’s not fitness it’s build construction of the bike .!

The thing is... I'm a year 7 and on my first test of the bleep test i got 13 but then my second one i got 14. Keep in mind that it was around 23 - 25 meters.

Why would someone waste time on funding on this when Concept2 already have a function to predict VO2 Max on a 2k TT. Also the technique shown is truly awful.No decent rower would recommend setting the damper to 10 for anything other than a short sprint.
