Hello! Thank you so much for watching I appreciate your support. When you go to press your design make sure you flip it size it and once you’re done pressing since there’s a hole in the keychain you don’t need to do anything with your picture unless you just want to. Hopefully that answers your question. 😊

Sorry about that! When I listen to it on my end, I can hear just fine. I’ve had others go on to watch the video and they all said they can hear just fine as well. Which device are listening on?
