I have it turned on because personally I like fast scoping weapons, even though there is a little delay when scoping, it makes me have more aim and I get better at sniper flicks when its on.

Max sens is not that hard to play what actually hard is max vertical sens it is easier with speed accel since it naturally lowers vertical sens balancing it out
