Robert, it would be helpful for you to emphasize that the button on the bottom of the motor, that you are pushing to begin the pairing process is a manual stop limit button with an arrow on it, and there are actually 2 buttons recessed. We recently had problems getting a blind running and trouble shot it with a BTX rep referred by the BTX website when I requested technical help and determined that the motor was bad. After installing the new motor and watching your video several times, I finally pushed 1 of the two arrow buttons, to initiate pairing and was successful getting the motor to jog. I went back and tested the original motor with this technique and it worked fine. We waisted $350 changing this motor since there are no instructions and your video information is less than clear, identifying the "pairing" button. The factory rep told me that those buttons are manual stop limit buttons not necessary for me to use since I have a remote. He told me that the pairing mode was entered by plugging the unit in and the blind is in the pairing mode for 2 minutes. None of that is true and I am very frustrated that we waisted $350 due to bum information from BTX. The rest of your video is very helpful and I really appreciate that it is available for referance.

installed 17 ft wide track in concrete, 11 ft off floor with a blackout drape. all good except direction on remote is backwards. call this phone # , 3 times all of tec. support is in a meeting. have to go back to customers home at later time to reverse direction of remote commands. *%#$@
