Primo was the Heavyweight Champion of the world in 1933. The people of Italy loved him, so did many Americans. Primo lost his title to Max Baer in 1934. Primo was knocked down 12-times, but despite that Primo kept getting up. He was not knocked out by Baer, the fight was stopped by the ref. in the 12th round. Primo was not only the Heavyweight Champion, he had the "heart" of a Champion, very few Champions ever have the gamesmanship that Primo had. There were many critics of Primo, but Primo had more character in his little finger than his critics had in their whole body. Sleep well Primo, you were a better man than your detractors were. The more I read about Primo the more I like him.

I remember a quote from this young man when he spoke about this event that i just want to address. "I walked passed dozens of people when I set out onto the bridge to jump. Not one person stopped me. Not one. That told me that nobody truly cared if i lived or died. Until this officer just stood and listened." This is so important. If you don't believe in a worldly protector... you should. Because if anyone stopped him... he wouldn't have gotten help. He would have just went home and came back a different day. His hero was today. The world sent someone to truly save his life and today was the only day he was abailable to do it. Every person that let you by... contributed in saving your life. Because if they interfered... you'd be dead. Im glad youre alive.
