haha, unfortanetly as I have my camera is the gopro mini it only lasts for about 1hr, so I recorded the last 3 sessions (as I was booked onto both sessions). my video should be out tomorrow. were you on the 20.30 or 20.45?

nah, I can't really do the Sunday ones because I play football so I might go sometimes when I don't have one but the season ends soon so I can go and do some. the thing Is I probably won't go to absolutely karting loads now, not until the summer anyway (when the track gets warmer and there is higher grip).

sorry didn't see comment - yeah, just haven't been last week due to easter but I'm back at teamsport bristol this Monday. I won't be going to AK loads more because they don't do events but I will go back during summer time possibly

Good fun, but difficult to manage the slippery surfaces, so be aware. You to be 13 to drive the 200cc adult karts, (for reference the cadet karts at AK are 165cc but no power restrictions) the cadet karts there are 125cc and a bit slow but still good fun

⁠@@MB.KartingYeah I looked at how fast the cadet kart at Teamsport is and the top speed is 25mph but it will be my first time there so I would be going slower to learn the track

Possibly, the problem is is that it clashes with my football on sunday. don't want to, but might have to stop doing it as much at the end of the season to do the 2nd championship (august-december)

Yeah every Thursday at 5pm, the video was me doing it for the first time a few days ago.

yeah and we both know that the karts have improved since when we did the academy up until now thanks to Dave the mechanic. not sure how the session was booked since my dad does it but its every Thursday at 5pm (session start) so I'm guessing its similar to booking the Wednesday 1000m and the Sunday 800.

the karts are very very quick! The kart I was in I used to do 52s in it but now nearly sub 50!

​@@MaximillianReid0sorry I never seen your comment😅 they got a new mechanic down there and he's brilliant. basically he has taken all of the power retrictors off the cadet karts so they are rapid down the straight. don't get me wrong a few of the karts are still a bit un-even in terms of performance. what times did you do? asking because I know the track was a little bit longer a few years ago as the hairpin upstairs was more of a box corner

Unfortanately kart 30 had damage (probably from a party or open session) so it was out of action. 27 had been stripped down because it was 'too fast and dangerous', but fin was in 27 and got 50.3! So it looks like they improved it😅 I was in 29 which had recently been in the garage for repairs and I got 50.8. So next time u go maybe try to get in one of those.

Thanks! I know your very capable of challenging for the top so once you get a good kart, see what you can do. 27, 30, 33, 35. Those are the quick karts. I was in 30 which had just been maintained.
