Hello, is it possible to connect this sensor to cnc machine (to do surface mapping / surface scanning), do i need additional devices between the laser sensor and the pc?
I have this sensor as part of my laser setup and I get inconsistent readings. I'm not sure why.
Maximum higth check range
So i have a BI2-G12-AZ31X Inductive Sensor. Compatible with both AC and DC. I am testing the sensor with DC power on my bench top power supply. Oper. DC voltage is 10 to 300 VDC, and 100 mA. The Turck diagram shows a resistor symbol in the diagram on the load side. I did not connect a resistor because i can control the mA's with my power supply. When testing it, the red LED turns on, but does not shut off leaving the circuit closed. Why would it do this?
