Design of this ship reminds me of something the Romulan Star Empire might design with the Federation. As a matter of fact, the Va'ruun Culture reminds me of possible Romulan and Cardassian fusion.
I really like this time period. In Star trek they skip past the humans colonize the immediate field of stars around the human birth world earth. Agreed Va'ruun Romulan Cardassian fusion of personalities. Fun Sci-fi 😄
@@dreadous Ah a kindred spirit, I also love colonizing space in Starfield. I want an expansion DLC or mod for more LIST questlines. I want to add to outposts and build settlements systems like in Fallout 4.

@rsznlifestyle they have been having trouble with it. I was waiting till they figured it out. Apparently, the fix is turning the village system off on single-player servers. But muti player servers they turned it off until they can fix it.

Great video. I just created a mod called Frisbee mines where you can toss mines at a distance for obvious reasons. I was able to post to nexus just fine but when trying to upload it using ck to beth it repeatedly crashes. Could you port it for me. I would greatly appreciate it. If yes...I can provide the link. I want xbox users to enjoy it.
@brettkeane I don't have that ability yet. I think you need to get verified by Bethesda before you can upload it to creations. That would be fun though Frisbee mines 🤩
@@dreadous Only verified if you're selling mods not free. You open ck...hit upload. My PC is old.
The thralls in the sky by the aqueduct have teleported there due to a bug with the living settlement system, and they'll expire/delete eventually. 😕 It may be best not to place them out, or disable the system until there's a patch.

@@dreadous I think so. From what I read it happens when they have problems walking around obstacles, so maybe some safe, open area somewhere would suit them 😄

those look great, bc I play on xbox I don't think it will run smoothly the filter removal is great, but I deactivated last night bc I'm having to many freez and crashes, I need to prioritize the unlimited money/resources/ammo I love it I hate going to sellers for resources and need to wait game hours to get more in general, I like to have everything I want soon, so credits for the ship upgrades

Don’t use better followers on XboxSX if you wanting a stealth run, in fact use NO companions at all. This Better companion mod is horrible and needs more work. Often my character has been crouching in cover, gone to make a Sniper shot and that shot has hit my companion, “ Why” well the companion stays so close to your character, it is in the same spot as your character. Needs a lot of work this mod, it is terrible on XboxSX

Hello and thank you for the sub. When you start the game there is a creations tab. I added: - "Avontech Shipyards" for the angled wings. - "Better Ship Part Flips" - "Better Ship Part Snaps" - "Inquisitor Star Trek Ship Modules" - for the light up sensor dish thing. - "Place Doors Yourself" - "Trident Luxury Workshop and REV-8 Hanger" Mods can be a bit tricky. I would have them in your load out go into the game make sure they are there and then save. Do a starfield game file integrity check and then go play the game.

Oh you still play this game, you are a saint my friend!!😁 Well i also play it but just for ship building and outpost management, i've a playthrough now where i have just visited the Lodge once to give back their precious piece of metal, then i never went back or give any sh... for their precious missons and stupid quest. I'm now level 176 working my ass out to become the richest miner, manufacturer, builder the galaxy ever saw. I'm closing to 10 millions of credits with 50 tons of every ressource available in this game and over 20 full build ships with an average cost of around 500 000 to 1 million. This is my way to have fun in this game because i just hate the main story, the annoying quests and the awfull dialogues.
Ya you don't have to play the story at all if you don't want to. I've been playing since day one and only NG+ once. There is always something to do! The space ship building is epic with creations.
@@dreadous As i play on PC i never use creations, just mods from nexus and my own mods. I have played the game once and started the NG+ once for a few minutes but i hated it. Losing everything for that Starborn crap and having just a few details changed seemed the total horror for me. I just like building and managing my outposts in this game and NG+ is the total opposite.

It will require a completely new set of laws. Also, if humans can't work, they will have no money to buy the products and services that the companies are offering. We don't want to end up in a situation where people can only just afford the basic things and then the companies getting larger and richer and eventually powerful enough to take over governments completely.
It's going to be crazy for sure. What about using them for mining, deep sea oil drilling, nuclear power plant clean up and military soldier. Think about the fact that "people" are doing these insane jobs now!

You mean a Va'Ruun ship. Va'Runn Kai is the name of their homeworld.
Yes Va'Ruun ships are what I was trying to find and steal. The ones that land you can't steal and nothing shows up in orbit unlike in the main game. It's either bugged or incomplete.

They LOCK the ship second there is a battle but if you use steath to hide and have perfect timing you can go in behind their back between the second they left and the second the ship locks and takes off. You need at least 2 points in stealth and perfect timing... I managed to grab a ship which was near impossible... An Eclipse Claymore II..... It was near impossible because 3 spacers waited on the ground.... Not only did I need perfect timing to sneak onboard directly behind the back of the last Eclipse... All 3 Spacers had to already be dead - killed with silenced rifle - before the Eclipse got down the ramp. And the spacers did not appear until the ship appeared (which happens when are closer than 270m)... It was just seconds to rush forward. Stop.... assassinated the 3 pacers.... then rush towards the ramp... hide directly to the side and then second the last persons back was turned sneak onboard... try it...took me 10 attempts and I had no idea if it would work - but it actually DID work.

I can't stand the Stroud-Ecklund pre-builts... Not only do they look like flying sandwiches, but they're always a horrendous maze to navigate on the inside. Bethesda really dropped the ball on the opportunity to spruce up one of the fan favorite features in Starfield. But no, just some generic Zealot/Ma'leen nonsense.
SO FUNNY how much it seems really like a very good graphical version of all there other games. It's hard to want to purchase it still. I'll wait.

Stroud-Eklund - THE choice for Va'ruun everywhere! Walter must be proud. Really though, why are they all outfitted with ships from the newest ship manufacturer? I'd expect them to be all Nova-Galactic if anything consistent. Someone should come up with new Va'ruun ship models in a mod with their own designs or what is meant to be older ship models with updated engines.

@@dreadous Yeah, it's the effect of Emil Pagliarulo. He's on record saying that there isn't a point to put heavy effort and vision into a game because gamers will just treat it like a toybox. He also ignores feedback from fans. So if a fan said they want: world detail of Skyrim, questline detail of Oblivion, and freedom of Morrowind he'd respond with "here's a set of snowglobes for you to collect".

@@StoneAgeWarfare That attitude bleeds into the setting and development process as well. The one thing Bethesda did to their credit for ship building was reverse course on part merging after 90% of the community immediately went "WTF, why would you do this!?" Even then I think drop merging is still out.

I really like this ship. In the third person view it allows you to see around the hull at the enemy. unlike loaf ships that block your view.
Unless something has changed, you don't need to even undock from your ship in the new ship, just sit down in the cockpit chair, then get out of it and the new ship still becomes yours, no need to undock, works on planets too.
I may have added a few extra steps. Good to know that's even quicker.

I had an issue on XB S with this mod. After using a pose/dance I couldn't take photos.or vids with my standard XB captures. Had to reload game. Tested it 4 times with same results. Deleted mod and all was fine. Shame as it's a fun mod to use for captures.
@AlthorDhoom I still use it, so it's good to know it can be removed without issue
how did you unlock derretech modules for your outpost landing pad?
@s33wead I just used the creations tab in the start menu to access starfield mods. It's in there. Then, it should show up in all the ship builder locations.
What mod did you get to move the doors?

@MatthewN8OHU my first playthrough, I companioned up with Andreja. Sarah is the softer of the two. Agreed, I like Sarah a lot more after playing this storyline.

@MitchBork you never know they might put one into the game at some point. But until then, I'm glad to have the mod. You have to admit it looks so good with the hexagon lighting and wood panels.

@@dreadous yeah max quality for suits is superior but even at level 120 the creation armor spawned in as advanced.
