@@HumanHaterFRFR hahaha people often underestimate the number of calories they're eating. If this is happening to you and you're not losing weight then you might want to start tracking. If you're not losing weight, then you're not in a calorie deficit. Tracking can give you an exact number of calories you're consuming!
