I think they shoul do an experiment, like Dutch roundabouts or traffic in general in " developing" countries: take all regulations, white lines, lights away , and traffic will regulate itself. Either through good will or hit and miss 😅

I see a lot of BmW actually driven too slow on M 60, many have no minimum motorway training whatsoever. We have to bear in mind that BMW had huge ad campaigns and many people who have no clue about cars simply choose that one bec that's the only brand they can recognise😅

I love how the council have made their own highway code up for this junction. The traffic joining from the right have got a sign telling them to enter the box junction. Shouldn't it be a keep clear on Barbara Castle Way?

I would say the highway wagon with trailer blocking the road ...not parked in the best place really but then they own the highways
