This machine runs on linux ethercat. It uses a scurve velocity profile. It has a trajectory optimalisation using clothoids & splines wich results in a 3d velocity profile in red.

test video of a gcode file that is optimized to use G64 P.. Q.. values. The P value optimizes path deviation, creates fillets like clothoids & splines. Then the velocity profile is generated, this produces vo,vm,ve for each segment. This is a first runtest using scurve with velocity ends.

Here the realtime trajectory planner is using the c-axis to cut a knife along the direction of the gcode path. In the same flow the a-axis, b-axis can be used to do a 3d plasma cut correction. So this cut correction is usually used to compensate the side of the metal to be around 90 degrees. Without cut compensation the side of the metal will be less or more then 90 degrees - 3-5 degrees.
