Dried Porcini mushrooms are quite hard to find. I'd argue that the recipe doesn't need them that much.

Bart, we were really big fans of yours when you did masterchef so we are really happy you are now doing these instructional videos! One small comment I would make to get more views would be to spend more time showing the plating/end result in your videos. Here you’ve spent a whole video showing us how to make risotto, but you only show the final plate for two secs.

Veryy nice clip :) love the induction, i have induction and i love it, but definitely not as cool as yours 😅 i tried Bison steak for the first time yesterday, i was mind blown by how good and tinder it was, just like a filet mignon but a lot cheaper, i went back to the butcher and bought all the bison steak they had Have you had Bison before ?? 🦬

Well i am in Canada and we have Bison over here so its fairly accessible in most grocery stores at the meat section and butcher shops, next i want to buy the ground meat and try to make burgers, you cant tell a difference in taste in comparison with beef

Yes I love garlic with steaks! In this recipe the garlic was added to the butter. But adding them when cooking is delicious as well! It features in some of my other steak dishes on the channel.
Or did you mean the spice clove? Haha sorry got mixed up. That would be an interesting addition as well. Great for the festive season!
