Had a great time at Mpulse this week. Crazy that we put this together in less than a week spending 30 minutes a day on it. Anyways here’s Joel Love’s Bed Monsters under the direction of Dr. Timothy McAllister. #saxophone

Could you do he’s a pirate?
What is Toni Kroos doing in a band😂
He tries to neck break at 1:12 Lol
Alto and tenor due be like
Bro for the band im in i have TWO FREAKING TRUMPETS IN MY EAR SO I CANT EVEN HEAR MY ALTO SAXOPHONE
Nice playing! Can I know what hairstyle do you have 👀🤙🏻
I’m an alto. THANKS FOR THIS!
love it nice work!
dude on the right be mewing for daysss… btw good jobb
Great, now kiss.
Great job! Love it!
Alto sax and tenor sax? Literally just me and my bro.
Toni kroos's kid out in the wild 😆
Okay so I’m about to order a alto saxophone. Does anybody have any tips about the alto sax for me?
It’s all about your price range. If you are looking for something more standard-intermediate range, I would go for the Yamaha YAS-26. But if you are looking for something more advanced, and a horn that will never lose it’s value, I would go with the Selmer Series II Alto, or series III. Both amazing horns, quite high on the price range though. Whatever choice you make, the player makes the horn man!
IS THAT TONI KROOS ON THE ALTO?!?!?
Yay! Nice job folks :-)
Thank you, Mr. Love, your piece is a blast!
I've played the 1st alto sax and 1st clarinet parts for Sleigh Ride. Both are very different!
1:35 that alto sax run was so good 😫
i remember (i'm a freshman in high school) and i play alto sax, i saw your first sleigh ride video and was like "can we play sleigh ride" to my band director and he was like "no" (our band lowkey isn't the best...) I REALLY wanna play it before i graduate :)
Yo were you at junior districts this year?
I swear ive seen so many sleigh ride perspectives, and I click on EVERY . SINGLE . ONE
definitely a lot better than last time🤓
I’m in 7th grade and I have ti play this
You have real talent Zach, I love it
Thanks buddy
I would really like to see more "Saxes play" videos. Im currently a freshman in highschool and play alto sax. Were learning sleigh ride right now and your last videos really helped me figure out my part as i was a bit confused.
My class was supposed to play sleigh ride but becuz of our dumb clarinets and flutes we can't play cuz they can't play the melody so we switched to some random song
damn thats sad 😭😭😭
This is great!
All rise for the classical saxophone national anthem, Creston Sonata, Movement 1.
As a fellow sax player I love this, just would have added more shaping in the phrases.
i wish i was a slap stick man im stuck with boring trumpet 2
Bro in the back on that trombone has the same part as me
And bro is missing notes too
everyones talking about the saxophoners? or saxophonist idk, what about the trombonist in the backround. what is that black thing?
Nice sound, fellas. Good core to the tone, good articulation, solid intonation. You two can still pass as high schoolers, can I rent you for my band?
You sound great either way!
Excited to see your journey, Zach! I'm learning (i.e. teaching myself...) clarinet - it's very slow going, haha, but I'll get there! Would be cool to see videos on technical stuff like reed placement, breathing techniques, etc. Even though our instruments are different I feel I would still get a lot out of seeing that. Beyond that, a trend I've been enjoying lately is people playing parts from famous scores on their respective instruments. Dunno if anyone else enjoys that, but it's cool hearing those parts in isolation, especially if you're interested in arranging. Anyway, sorry for the long rambling comment, haha. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with :)
hopefully this can be me and my friend next year if we play sleigh ride i wanna play tenor so bad 😭😭
Using this to help me with the parts I’ve been struggling with in sleigh ride lol
My school played this once! Yours sounds good!
Oop someone played in the hole
I’m playing this exact arrangement in band this year, nice to hear you guys play it
Soooo no one noticed when he snapped his neck on beat😂😂
i know i shouldnt be here, but im so excited that i get to play xylophone for this
Nice tone man
Thank you
