The fact that everybody can get all the content now for 60$ when i paid like 100$-120$ definitely feel scammed since all we got to show for it was some shitty cosmetics that no one even wants gimmy like who tf wants a preset gun that has all the same attachments that i can get on the reg gun and use attachments i like and want why not make it so like the dohble barrel preset has like 3 or 4 shells in it yes its not really realistic but gives the gun a reason to exist other than just ooooo cool camo that i cant get otherwise RETARDED

Finally, Payday 3 is going in the right direction.

Another problem of having too much dlc with lack of free content is that a lot of returning player's from the bad launch just won't even think about spending more money once they see that there is basically no new free stuff for the 40 dollars they paid, and add to that the daily player's count's struggles to hit a few thousand. Payday 2 was not perfect on the NO dlc side either, but it still had quite a few stuff to play around and unlock, and you could play dlc heists in other people's online lobbies. Payday 3 just doesn't feel like a safe investment, in payday 2 even with ended support you can still enjoy your dlc's in closed lobbies with friends or offline, Payday 3 is online only so buying stuff for a game that can stop working at any moment just doesn't sound interesting, even more if the game is a shadow of the previous entry and those hardcore player's that moved the community either left the game or stayed in 2.

I'd count the skill lines as free content, as with that, i feel like the new skill lines helped A LOT and I genuinely hope skill lines stay free in upcoming updates.

One thing I wish in upcoming this month is allow player can also join DLC heist. like in payday 2

this game keeps giving you more reasons to start playing payday 2 again

if they add more quality free content I'll buy all DLC's. But the state it's in right now i refuse with all my heart to contribute to this

So the heists to paid heists ratio is fine imo, but the guns to dlc guns is atrocious, they’re should’ve been at least a free gun or 2 every dlc to keep a similar ratio but instead we only got 2

I was thinking about this too. I am lovin updates so far but there is nothing remarkable free content added. And when you bring up this toppic they say "Making heists takes money" and something like that, thats why I am kinda hyped for mtx store. If it hits big maybe we will eventually get more free content.

They had to release dlc content by law so unfortunately it took priority but there was some good free content

there's not "a lot of paid content" there are 4 chapters with 3 dlc's each and 1 of each is fully cosmetic, besides it's the same dlc model that payday 2 had during the last 2-3 years, although you're right aboout there not being enough free content

Modifiers are definitely a better way To make a heist More difficult than increasing the spawnrate, damage and health of the enemies. I hope they go further with This.

Personally. I think modifiers are more annoying than anything. It's Starbreeze's way of adding RNG into heist without adding any actual RNG. I'd like them to have a playlist where you can play the vanilla heist, And add the modifiers to a different mode like Crimewave from PD2. At the moment, The "Game modes" tab consist of "Play Online, Play Online (But Solo), and Tutorial." I would argue those don't count as game modes. But that's just me. Horde mode when?

Loving the new weapons and minigun, new heist is probably the worst of the four, a few changes to stealth or loud could really benefit for the fear and greed heist.
