Many of us have been conditioned to go too fast. But slowing down allows us to see things more clearly and make better decisions. By slowing down, we make less mistakes and our actions are of a higher and more refined quality. In many ways, slowing down is speeding up.

The ego shifts and expands through meditation. Arrogance and the more negative aspects of this expansion are temporary features that eventually dissipate.

Meditation is like tapping into our very own radar system. It can help us to see the terrain of our life situation. Allowing us to make better decisions, learn faster, and move through or even over obstacles.
