Those kids are fully grown and I think Joan is their on call 24/7 babysitter and fix it person. She wants a life of her own now and her kids do not seem ready for that.

This was really good. I watched the show late so just catching up on listening to your podcast on Spotify. One topic I'd have been interested to hear your thoughts or the experts' thoughts is on body shaming, particularly for male's heights this season. I am a woman with no major body insecurities but it just made me so uncomfortable to watch the ladies of this year's LIB talk about Nick's height so much (calling him small....etc) which we could see are his insecurities. This is something he has no control over. I wonder what the backlash would be like if the guys kept talking about a woman's size, features....etc.

Men attempt to make women afraid of being single (despite the fact that single women are statistically happier than married women AND single men) because THEY fear being alone. Because they know if women start realizing these truths- they’re in trouble. That’s how someone like Kevin Samuel’s ends up being three times divorced, with it taking over a day for someone to claim his body because men have no friends or family close enough, dying alone and unhappily single with only ppl who only know you through hatred mourning you. Im late to watching this but loved the recap! Also loving the conversation about "the ick" because I'm learning I have a different definition than a lot of people!
